M&L for servicing, calibration, testing and setting of fault tripping relays as mentioned in maintance and operation manual of 11 KV HT VCBs as per OEM instructions complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Tripping coil 24/110 Volt DC supply complete as per existing make and type as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for replacement of round type transformer breather set with silica gelsuitable for 11/0.433 KV transformer ( as per old existing at site) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of Switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated from ground level, mounted on insulators and steel frame (15 insulator type) outdoor type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel, HT post top porcelene insulator with drop out fuses operating Rod 20m dia GI pipe medium grade confirming to IS:1818 of 1972 and current rating 200 Amp and voltage 11 KV complete all as specified including jumpering, lead of wire/cable as directed at site. Make:- ATLAS/JB/Oblum.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core to be laid on hill top Chauhtan including taking down old u/s complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement of Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and topping up of transformer oil with di-electric strength not less than 50 KV in to the conservator tank/ body tank of the transformer/ OCB/ FRMUs/Voltage stabilizers etc at various locations complete all as directed

Supply and lay tube galvanized 100 mm dia light grade with all fittings on hill required to be laid on hill top Chauhtan including taking down old u/s GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and relaying of serviceable HT cable for fixing of jointing kits, replacement of GI pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with copper earth electrode 600 × 600 ×3.15mm burried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including copper strip of size 20x3 mm by means of nut, bolt, check nut and washer etc made of copper alloy and connection to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil/rocky strata, (in any type of strata ) PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in chamber, precast 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with CI frame, funnel, GI Pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering and 40 mm bore GI Pipe middium grade for protection and test point complete Note:-(i) Copper strip 20 x 3 mm upto 7.5 mtr length shall be deemed to include in this items rate. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost by the contractor. (iii) Tibba sand will be used by the contractor after filling of salt and Charcoal dust for the earthing.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size description including stretching on overhead line on LT/HT poles with aluminium binding wire or aluminium taps to insulators including jumpering the OH line, jointing complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanized steel stay assembly complete with stay rod 20mm dia including stay strand 7/4 mm fixed for stay of poles including necessary MS clamp of 50x6mm flat iron nuts and bolts, loop insulators complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work, PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & Errecting truelly vertical position steel tubular swaged poles in replacement of UNSV /Broken PCC poles complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screws 9.0 mtr long type 410 SP-31 including painting of poles with 2 coats of approved aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, making five strips of black and white paint from PCC of size 30cm thick, numbering of pole with black or white colour by means of stencils all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

All as per item No 16 but 11.00 mtr long 410 SP-55 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches for foundation of poles, laying of cables n.exc 1.5m in width and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft soil, complete all as specified

All as per item No 19 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr depth.complete all as sepecified dirceted by engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, all as specified .

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in base of the polesetc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Dismantling and Supply & fixing cross Arms, bracings, supports, clamps etc fabricated from steel including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint.

Supply and fixing in replacement of lightning arrestor HT 12 KV 10 KA station class including jumpering, lead of wire/cable all as specified and directed. Oblum/Pactil/JB

Supply and fixing in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick MS sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal Red colour and inclusive fixed with MS flat clamps 25x3mm 2 Nos, nuts, bolts for LT 440 volt of size 20x15cm

All as per item no 28 -ditto- but for HT 11000 Volt 25x20cm in size

Filtration, heating & dehydration of old transformer oil for increasing dielectric strength not less than 45 KV, if the results below 45 KV, the oil shall be replaced with new oil, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- New oil required for toping oil levels or for replacement maint shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Pruning of trees and branches along the HT over head electric lines, surrounding of HT poles, should be cleared upto 5 mtr of line and HT poles in nallah of hill top and hill base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pruning of trees and branches along the LT over head electric lines, surrounding of LT poles, should be cleared upto 3 mtr of outer edge of LT line and poles and thorwn out branches out side the cantonment area complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 on stone masonary blocks for fixing arrangement of GI pipe Clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.
