Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift etc including levelling the site etc. complete with standard specification in hard stiff cllay, black cotton soil, hard fred earth, shale murums, gravel stoneyearth, and earth mixed with 50 % fair sized boulders, and hard graveily soil, in foundation.as per SS 20 B

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with good M-sand in layers not more 15 cm thick including ramming, watering and compacting etc.complete complying to standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Using 40mm ISS size Hand Broken granite stone jelly including labour charges for mixing concrete watering and laying the concrete in layers not more the 15 cm thick compacting etc complete complying with standard specification etc complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 Cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and blinding wire all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports and strutting as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, roff slab, Rectangular / Square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels,

Rainforcement Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but icluding curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof.te.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Speical Plastering in Cement mortar 1:3 mix 10 mm thick including cost and conveyace of all materials and all labour charges,etc,

Vetrified tiles of best quality and free from any defect, approved quality colour set in CM 1:2

Weathering coourse concrete using best quality broken brick jelly at size 20 mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and conolidated to the required design & finished thick. beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface contantly wetted with sprinking lime & jaggery water as per standard specifications etc., complete as directed by the departmental offficers

Terrace Floor finshed with one course of pressed tiles of size 20x20x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Colour Washing with best Distempering two Coats in to primer coat and two coats with oil bound distember over cement plasterd surface ceiling and other new surface and including clearing,preparing the surface and etc.,complete.

Painting two coat using readymixed emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over priming coat (New) including cost and all labour charges etc. complete

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint with one coat of red oxide primer including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Towards the cost of steel door of size 1.20 mx2.40 m including all charges etc.

Supply of Fabrication of Steel Window Size 1.20 X 1.50 m -4 No including cost
