Clearing Scrub jungle with uprooting including cost of clearing away the site with all labour, lead, lift , T&P etc complete.

Labour charges for removal of Large trees.

Earthwork excavation in In hard stiff clay, black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil .

Earthwork excavation in soft disintegrated rock or kankar not requiring blasting.

Earthwork excavation in MR and DMR without blasting.

Earthwork excavation in hardrock with blasting.

Earth work excavation in hard rock measured in solid including Wedging & Cheisling

PCC1:4:8 using 40mm metal for DP foundation with out form work including cost of all materials, lead, lift , etc complete .

PCC1:2:4 using 20mm metal for DP without formwork including cost of all materials, lead, lift , etc complete .

PCC1:2:4 using 20mm metal for DP with formwork above GL including cost of all materials, lead, lift , etc complete .

Providing pipe type earthing for each tower location including extra excavation in foundation pits of towers for fixing 3m long 25mm dia GI "B" class earthpipe and GI wire 2.40m long with legs on both terminals for connecting the GI pipe with tower leg ,refilling with excavated earth mixed with solt and charcoal as per standard specification including all cost of 25 mm GI B class pipe as per IS fabrication of legs for connection arrangement materials,transport, all labours, leads, lifts etc complete.

Erection of DP, GI tower/tower extension parts ,square cross arm with bolt & nuts including sorting out of tower parts as per the specification and punching of bolt & nuts, final checking and all other incidental charges for erection,including cost of all T&P,labour, lead, lift etc complete. as per approved drawing , BOM and specification. The rectification of defects found by operation staff during handing over of line to be done at free of cost.(Tower parts will be supplied by contractor)

Labour charges for hoisting of 7 units of 90 KN single suspension ordinary Disc insulators with necessary hardware fittings for panther including all cost of labour,lead, lift, T & P etc complete.Insulator will be supplied by department.

Labour charges for hoisting of 120 KN single Tension insulators with necessary hardware fittings for panther including all cost of labour,lead, lift, T & P etc complete.

Lowering the HT/LT Line during stringing of power conductor and earthwire after restringing the same in original position including labour,lead ,lift etc complete.

Providing special type trussels for major and minor road crossing including cost of all materials, labour, lead lift etc. Complete.

Providing ordinary bamboo trussels along the line while carrying-out the stringing work to avoid damages to the conductor including all cost of materials lead liftetc complete..

Labour charges for fixing of number plates, danger board,phase plate including all cost of labour transport,lead, lift,etc complete.

Labour charges for fixing of name board including cost of labour transport,lead, lift,etc complete.

Labour charges for stringing of ACSR Panther conductor including cost of loading & unloading transporting , sorting out of drums according to drum schedule providing trusseles ,paying out, jointing,rough sagging, tensioning, clipping, providing vibration dambers at tension locationsand all accessories including jumber connections, cost of T&P ,moving the drum to work spot all labour ,lead, lift, etc complete in all respects .

Labour charges for transport of 7/3.55mm GI earthwire from Department store and fixing of GI earthwire hardwares(ie ST fittings,SS fittings, D shackle, U bolt etc) wherever required, paving out, jointing, rough sagging, tensioning, including jumber connection transport charges, loading,unloading ,lead, lift, cost of T&P, etc complete.

PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm metal for muffing coping concrete with form work including plastering, cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift,etc complete .

Painting with two coats of anticorrosive paint over tower leg at a height of 45cm, DP including all cost of materials,labour, lead lift etc complete

Providing temporary guys wherever necessary including excavation, burying out of anchor for staywire, tightening, dismantling the same after completion of works including cost of all materials,lead,lift,labour etc complete.

Providing full welding of all bolts and nuts in the erected towers from ground level to the cross arm bottom level in the tower including painting of bolts and nuts with two coats of best quality of cold galvanised paint having atleast 90% zinc content and approved by the Engineer at site including cost of paint and all other materials, hire charges for diesel generator and welding transformer, all labour, transport charges etc complete.

Providing earthing arrangements for terminal tower including necessary excavation for fixing 3m long 50mm dia GI "B" class pipe,60cm dia with 5cm shell thick of RCC collar and refilling with excavated earth mixed with soft charcoal and connect the earthstrip with the leg of the stub including all cost of materials lead lift etc complete as per standard specifications.

Supply of Materials (While execution if any of the below materials found available at TANTRANSCO , the same will be supplied by TANTRANSCO.). The materials should be purchased from approved vendor of TANTRANSCO only.

Supplying of hot dip Galvanising & bolt & nuts,stepbolt with various sizes of required length,Spring Washers as per relevant latest IS Specification including cost of Transport charges and all lead,lift,etc, complete as as per approved drawing and BOM as detailed in this specification .
