Supply and fixing in repair Switch air break, gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on with 9 insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism working from ground level current rating upto 400A, 11000 V grade having nine insulators, vertical type including dismantling of existing air break gang operated switch and removal the same from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair expulsion drop out fuse carrier assembly outdoor type 400 Amps capacity including fuse element up to 60 Amps and insulator suitable for HT 11 KV complete and dismantling of existing fuse carrier assembly and removal the same from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of lightening arrester station type rated frequency 50 Hz nominal discharge current 65 kA and suitable for 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair / servicing to gang operating devices 11000 volts up to 400 amps including greasing all the moving parts and applying white petroleum jelly at the contact points including dismantling and replacing all the un-serviceable parts/spares all as directed. Note:- All the spares replaced will be measured and paid separately under respective items of Schedule 'A'.

Dismantling of steel poles/struts any size embedded in concrete including demolition of concrete, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, transportation, fixing and erection of steel tubular sewaged pole 9 mtr long complete with MS base plate ,finial taper plug nut bolts,screws as specified type 410 SP-31 as per relevant IS specification including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including making alternate red and black strips 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos ) and removing the old U/S one complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (Excavation and PCC will be measured and paid seprately.)

Supply fabricate, fixing structural mild steel RS joist , channel angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracing supports clamps including D clamps, eye hook and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section including nuts , bolts, washers, welding (cold and hot ) drilling holes for bolts, bend to any shape or size as indicated and directed , inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Dehydration of transformer oil (mounted on poles/platform etc) with the help of filtering and drying plant by mechanical machines of suitable capacity to achieve dielectric strength of 50 KV at the gap of 2.5 mm and refilling the same all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-(a) Dehydration plant to be brought at site by the contractor. (b)Dehydration and filteration to be carried out when the transformer is on load at site and rate quoted shall deemed to be included the cost of arrangement of plant by the contractor and its transportation at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and topping up / filling of fresh transformer oil conforming to ISD-335/BS of dielectric strength 50 KV at the gap of 2.5 mm minimum for transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
