Maintenance of Various Sports Complexes.

Running Maintenance and Operation of Sub-Station Equipments, DG Set, IEI and external installation with all allied accessories including routine and preventive maintenance. Details of installations are given in Annexure-A. Schedule for routine and preventive maintenance is given in Annexure-B. Operation shall be done by deploying total 3 Nos. Electrician cum operator (one each shift total 3 shift) & total 2 Nos. Khallasi (one in each shift total 2 shifts).

Servicing of HT Panel VCB (4 Nos.) i/c HT Panel Relay Testing and High Voltage Testing Complete with Dismantling, Cleaning, Alignment, Adjustment of gaps between phases, Lubricating all moving parts adjustment for Smooth mechanical operation etc. complete as required.

Servicing /Overhauling 1000/1250 Amps ACB Complete with Dismantling, Cleaning, Alignment, Adjustment of gaps between phases, lubricating all moving parts adjustment for Smooth mechanical operation etc. complete as required.

Dehydration & Filtration of Transformer oil (800 KVA Transformer indoor ONAN) to upgrade the dielectric Strength of oil upto 50 kv as required including top up of Transfer Oil.

Supply of Transformer Oil to top the Transformer.

Carrying out "B" Check i/c following items (Fuel Filter Element 1 No., Oil Filter Element 1 No., Service Spin on Filter 2 Nos., Koel Care Genuine Oil Premium 20 Litres Can) Towards the Maintenance service charges for your Kirloskar DG set 1 No. of the individual D.G Set (Capacity 750 KVA, Kirloskar Make, from OEM / authorized dealer.

Carrying out "B" Check i/c following items (Final Filter Cartridge 2 No., Pre-Filter Cartridge 2 No., Lub Oil Filter 1 No., Lub Oil Filter With Kirlsokar 1 No., Fuel Filter Cartridge 2 Nos., Koel Care Genuine Oil Premium 50 Litres Can) Towards the Maintenance service charges for your Kirloskar DG set 1 No. of the individual D.G Set (Capacity 125 KVA, Kirloskar Make, from OEM / authorized dealer.

Supply of 1.5 sq. mm ISI marked, FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable

Supply of 2.5 sq. mm ISI marked, FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable

Supply of 4.0 sq. mm ISI marked, FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable

Supply of aluminum armoured cable 3.5 core 120 sq mm at site etc as required.
