Supply, installation, testing and commissining of FRP chlorine preparation tankwith lid, port hole, inlet/outlet, drain connection, level gauge etc with speed reducing single phase 240 volts agiator motor with shaft and blade etc including necessary electrical connection arrangement, high density PVC pipe from tank to pump and pump to existing water distribution pipe line, necessary water connection with 15mm dia CPVC pipe line with gate valve with the following (a) preparation tank 100 ltrs capacity 1 Nos b) dosing tank 100 ltrs capacity as directed by Engr-In-charge.CDS-1010 of RMCO or equivalent. Note - old Items deposited to E/M store yard

Supply ,installation, testing and commissining of chemical dosing pump three phase 440 volts reciprocating gear operated splash pump with motor, positive displacement type constant flow rate of capacity 30 ltrs/hr at 15 Kg back pressure including NRV, electrical connection with suitable capacity multi stranded copper conductor with starter arrangement and other standard accessories, PCC foundation etc at site all as directed.Model - RMPS 11 of RMCO or equivalent. Supply and fixing Submersibel pump set 12.5 HP electric driven 415 V, Three Phase suitable for existing bore well approx pump size 100/150mm dia 112 to 14 stage and out let pipe size 50 mm dia head range 115-524 mtr, discharge capacity 500 to 100 ltrs output of all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Cat No 6W14R12.5SDO of crompton or equivalent in KSB/Kirloskar/Havells Note - Lowering & lifting chrages paid and measured separately and old pumpset deposited to E/M store yard

Supply and fixing,installation, testing and commissining of Centrifugal pump set 12.5 HP electric driven 415 V suction/delivery size 80 x 65 mm approx and 21 to 45 mtr and discharge capacity 1250 to 670 ltr /min with foundation nut bolts as per OEM recomandation including removing of unserviceable pump set and deposite to E/M store yard all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Cat No MIS 12.5-45 of Crompton or equivalent in KSB/Kirloskar/Havells Note - old pumpset deposited to E/M store yard

Material and labour for Connecting/disconnecting electrical connection from the starter/panel for submersible pump set of 10 HP to 15 HP capacity in any situation and lowering of new pump set including motor from bore well of depth 450 feet to 720 feet and lifting of pump set any capacity from existing bore well with vehicle mounted lift/lower mechanisum, including testing and commisioing of pump sets all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe heavy class grade 50 mm bore with and including all GI fittings laid as a coloum pipe in any location/situation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Submersible Cable PVC insulated 3 core 6 sqmm copper conductor 1100V complete suitable for submersible pump 12.5 HP

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) for making good and mass filling and pump set foundations including breaking of existing PCC/RCC or any othr hard surce and removing from site in any situation all as specified and as directed by engr in charge.

Supply and fix DOL starter suitable for three phase mono block pumpsets 2 HP including necssary connection complete all as directed Make - Crompton, Havells, ABB, or equivalent

Supply and fix flange/screw type Foot Valve Cast iron 80 mm bore including rubber insertion packing materials, nuts, bolts and washer including taking down unserviceable foot valve including disconnect and reconnect the suction pipe line in any situation all as directed by Engr - in - charge Make - Kirloskar, Bir, Venues, Leader, Audco or ISI Marked.

Supply and fix cast iron non return valve of size 50 mm suitable for bore well pipe including necessary nut bolts and washer and taking down unserviceable NRV all as directed Make - Zoloto, Kirloskar, Venus, BIR or equivalent
