Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/bou-lder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates rails brace's etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings with steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint to steel surface over one coat of red oxide primer including necessary preparation of surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exe 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cm (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate as in coping, bed block for holdfast etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for marble stone chipping of desired colour grit wash on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 12mm white cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and in any position all directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia babed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straning and fixing to any type of standard rails strain-ing bolts, including securing or tying at crosing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for concertina coil reinforced puncched (chrome rajor or blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire (coil not less than 8 kg and stretched 5 to 6m) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F chain link fencing of 3.25mm dia galvanized steel wire 100mmx100mm mesh as in chain link fencing including nibs, clamps, nuts & bolts, straining bolts, FI strap under fencing, welding, etc, and laid/fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel 10 mm round or square bar Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' in available length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts/struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete/brick masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel Fencing post and struts, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connecting plates etc cut to ordinary lengths complete all as specified & direcgted.

S&F steel rolling shutter with ball bearing as specified incl top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, (1.25 mm thickness of laths) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of Dholpur stone cladding 16 to 18 mm thickness gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade - 202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment including dismantling old stone and tile Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc..

Taking down chowkhat with shutter ecx 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in fround floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above GL complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate fininshing the concrete surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles any shape any size set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
