S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roof covering, walls cladding etc, with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip, wall cladding and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges,valley complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn timber as in un framed work and including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4mm thick vaneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face on one side fixed with nails to timber frame work including taking out old plywood of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4mm thick, plywood, grade BWR,type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall including taking out old plywood of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid including taking out old ceiling of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood plain fillets sectional area exc 13 sqcm & n exc 25 sqcm, clean swan ,square,rectangular or triangular in section, secured with nails or brads and including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood plain fillets sectional area exc 6 sqcm & n exc 13 sqcm, clean swan ,square,rectangular or triangular in section, secured with nails or brads and including dismantling of old one complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0(using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor to receive tile, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
