M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of walls including cornices and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of previously treated wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hacking out old broken of glaass from wooden frame or stone concrete or brick with putty or fixed with nail complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing sheet glass, ordinary quality,3 mm thick, in squares not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane and glazing with oil putty/wooden beading complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 0.50 mm thick CGI sheets fixed to wall/foofs with two corrogations side lap, fixed with L- type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers with grade of zinc coating 275 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 0.50 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashings fixed with L- type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth incl preparing new zinc or galvanised surfaces to receive painting by coating with mordant solution incl washing and cleaning etc completed all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, lamp holders brackets, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc complete and removing all retrieved materials to MES stores for segregation of serviceable /Unserviceable fitting&fixture and also making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc complete all asspecified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring (Modular) complete for one light point / exhaust fan point / bell point controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push, with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and PVC Caing Caping ISI marked of size 25 mm & above medium grade and PVC casing caping fittings such as tees, bends, elbow with and including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly in metal flush box of suitable size for fixing modular switches / sockets etc and making good surface by wall panelling etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of modular type Metal flush boxes/Plates shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of 4 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable with and incl one run 4 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB, drawn in to separate concealed medium grade, ISI marked, non metallic PVC conduit 15 mm dia size incl all conduit accessories & fittings / junction boxes / inspection covers etc, with and incl cutting chasing and making good of disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original by brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as directed.
