Dismantling of floor, hearth , or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrte in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:3) Mixed with liquid water proofing compound (@200 ml per bag of cement) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous china squatting pan 'orrisa' pattern size 580 x 440 mm white integral floor rests ( excluding flushing cistern ) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe anti syphonage pipe etc complete including making good to floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of master seal 550 of Sika/pedelite/Dr Fixit/Asian to prevent leakage/ seepage through sunken floor over prepared surfaces including taking out old PCC fillings/materials and removing from site etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 7 to 8 mm thick non skid ceramic coloured digital tiles (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 8.00 here-in-before as in skirting/dado/wall but over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster as backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15 mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of any length including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

Re fixing of 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connections in new or old positions to wall and ceiling or laid in floors after taking down old pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing medium grade, galvanised with all fittings of 20 mm bore and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors including taking dosn old one complete all as specified and directed.

Re fixing of 20 mm bore steel water tubing and connections in new or old positions to wall and ceiling or laid in floors after taking down old pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases in brick wall built in cement mortar for concealed water tubing and making good with CM (1:3) ,cutting depth not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight -142 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe . (Minimum weight -210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required re connecting and refixing in position of exc 250 & n.exc 500 liters capacity complete including writing the date of cleaning i.e completed

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc exc 250 and not exceeding 500 liters of capacity complete all as specified and directed.. Note :- Date of cleaning shall be written on tanks by using stencil letters with 10 cm high from synthetic enamel paint.

S&F in repair 75 mm bore cast iron soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears with lead joints in trenches or in floors using sand cast CI pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 19 here-in-before above but for 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm bore, cast iron bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No.23 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exceeding 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification and drawing.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick( stile), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail. Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding windows, area nexc 2.00 Sqm each three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3 mm (plus or minus 0.2 mm). Window profile with hollow sections with multi chamber, frame (88 mm x 52 mm), sliding sash (42 mm x 67 mm), sliding mesh sash (42 mm x 57 mm), sliding interlock (One vertical lenght in each shutters) (45m5 mm x 28 mm), glazing bead (24.5 mm x 16 mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all fusion welded at all corners, including railing of holes for fixing of hardware and drainage of water etc, making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2 plus or minius mm thick galvanized steel frame (30 mm x 18 mm) 2 Nos, sliding sash (30 mm x 18 mm), sliding mesh sash (26 mm x 10 mm), profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100 mm long fasterners. Hardware : Touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system, stainless wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and required accessories) (Note : (i) The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpuse (ii) Provision for AC opening to be provided in each window. (iii) A fixed glass to be provided in each opening for AC. ).

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed (average) plaster on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 on roof, mixed with water proofing compound(@200 ml per bag of cement) and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A; given here-in-after)

M & L for spreading / brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg/ Sqm on old concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2;4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate thickness as required at site) for padding concrete as on roof, mixed with water proofing compound (@200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces with provision of oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.50 Kg/ Sqm and providing 3 mm thick, APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non-oven polyester fabric weighing not less than 160 gm /Sqm all as per detailed specifications, sealed with overlaps shall be with torch application and applying two coats of aluminium reflective paints complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer.

M & L for repair to chajja area not exceeding 2 sqm each including plaster in CM(1:3) or PCC type (1:2:4) B-0 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate on top with PC,benching/haunching, repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M& L repair to chajja area exceeding 2 Sqm and not exceeding 4 sqm each including dismantling of upward facia,cutting of reinforcement , plaster in CM(1:3) or PCC type B 0(1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm stone aggregate) on top with WPC, benching/haunching, repair to broken plaster with dubbing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of damaged portion of mouth at terrace / roof surface of rain water pipe by cleaning and repairing to mouth of RWP by using CM (1:3) mix with liquid WPC (@200 ml per bag of cement) & sealed with 85/25 hot blown grade bitumen complete to make joint of rain water pipe and roof surface fully leak proof complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc., all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement and applying two coats of cement based paint over acoat of primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:6) finished fair and even without using extra cement and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer including average 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick after dubbing out average 10 mm thick on irregular face of ceiling in CM (1:4) on ceiling, finished even and fair without using extra cement, including chicken wire mesh fixed with nails or screws etc and applying three coats of white wash on after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipe, 110 mm dia, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 48.00 here-in-before but 75 mm dia.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of capacity 500 ltrs (Cylindrical/vertical with closed top), white colour, triple layer construction, hoisted & fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of terracing tiles over roof slabs or any other position including screed bed and making good to receive the new terracing tiles and removing the debries out side of MD Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 over roof or similar work complete all as specified and directed
