Supply of following size 1.1 kv grade, XLPE insulated and PVC inner sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part 1)1988/ IS: 7098 (Part 1) with up to date amendments etc. complete as required.

(i) 3 core x 35 sq.mm

Providing & creating of earth pits using CPRI tested and certified advanced chemical earth rod made of Copper tube of 3" dia, 8ft long, 3mm thickness, installed vertically or horizontally as per the site conditions complete with flanges, bends and top cover dully backfilled with Earth enhancing compound of not less than 50 Kgs. alongwith required materials as per the soil condition to achieve earth resistance less than 0.5 ohm with one no. of heavy duty plastic inspection chamber including excavation & refilling complete etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of size 63/51mm DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, end caps etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 Sq.mm. as required In existing RCC/Hume/ Stoneware/G.I Pipe/ HDPE Pipe.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3C X 35 Sq. mm. size of PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

SITC of single phase 2KVA UPS i/c battery rack, 06 Nos 12V, 26AH - SMF batteries, wiring, with following Specifications etc. as required. A) Single Phase : 2KVA UPS B) Input Voltage range : 150-280VAC, 50Hz. C) Output Voltage : 230VAC, Near Sine wave. D) Backup time : 15Min. E) Harmonic Distortion <3%. F) Operating Temp: 0 Deg to 55 Deg. C G) short circuit protection, overload, battery deep discharge & over charge protection.

SITC of Outdoor weather proof encloser of size not less than 600X600x600mm with Double door arrangement, duly compartmentalized for assembling 2KVA UPS (Item No.7), battery rack & input supply, outer shell and all other parts made up of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, with IP65 protection, rain canopy, having free airflow arrangement, insect trap mesh, ventilation fans for cooling, door dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting/ free standing, complete with all accessories, painting, mounting on 1Mtr MS Angles above concrete pedestal made up of PCC 1:3:6, Cable Entry provision/ Gland plate, with provision of stud terminals to terminate the incoming cable, Providing & fixing 10KA “C” series 20A MCB, 3 nos 5A MCB’s, interconnections, minimum 5nos. 5A switch & sockets etc. complete as required .

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. A) 40A, 10KA, 2 Pole MCCB ( L&T DY125U or equivalent)
