Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.) (MoRT&H Guidelines 305.4.3)

Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and bromming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd. density (with an initial lead of 5.0 Km.) - B. Mechanical Means - (iii) Grading-III - (b) Using Screening Type-B (11.2 mm agg.) (MoRT&H Guidelines 404)

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying pimer at the rate of 0.6 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) - with Bitumen Emulsion- CSS-1h (MoRT&H Guidelines 502)

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distrubutor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) - with Bitumen Emulsion CSS-1h - Normal Bituminous Surface (MoRT&H Guidelines 503)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying desne bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 4.0 to 4.5 % by weight of total mix of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, lkaying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause no 507 complete in all respect (Including carriage upto initial lead of 5.0 Km from quarry and carriage of mix materials upto 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as dircted by the deaprtment) - With hydrated lime/cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification)- (i) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen- for Grading II (19 mm niminal size) (MoRT&H Guidelines 507)

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying desne bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type Hot Mix Plant producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause no 509 complete in all respect (Including carriage upto initial lead of 5.0 Km from quarry and carriage of mix materials upto 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as dircted by the deaprtment) - With hydrated lime/cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification)- (i) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen- for Grading II (13 mm niminal size) (MoRT&H Guidelines 509)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusiveof surface applied glass beads as per IRC: 35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoRT&H specification (MoRT&H Guidelines 803)

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4 mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level a per approved grawing and sign. (All the Steel work must be RTata/Sail/or any other approved brand) - 90 cm high octagon.

Removal of Existing Cement Concrete Wearing Coat including its disposal complete as per technical specification without causing any detrimental effect to any part of the bridge structure and removal of dismanteled material with all lifts and lead upto 1000. (thickness 75 mm) (MoRT&H Guidelines 2809)

Mastic Asphalt Providing and laying mastic asphalt wearing coarse with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirments given in table 500-29 (binder having penetration as (15+/-5) at 25 deg. centrigrade), prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing anti skid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chips of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm. and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both direction, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 1000 C, protuding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515. (including carriage upto initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry.) (MoRT&H Guidelines 515)
