FIRE ALARM SYSTEM

Design, Supply, intallation, testing and Commissioning of the following system as per the technical specification.

Microprocessor based Intelligent Addressable Main Fire Alarm Control Panel should be compatable for CPU redundancy with suitable Loops modules and each loop capable of supporting not less than 240 devices (detectors & modules should be in any combination) ; Loop length up to 1.5 km, 7" Color LCD screen display with bright colors to indicate alarms and events, 4 Nos of Integrated Ethernet Ports & 2 Nos of RS 485 for networking, 200 Nos of Soft programmable keys with status indicators. The Panel shall support 5000 history logs in the non volatile memory (EPROM), power supply unit (230 ± 5% V, 50 hz), 24 hrs back-up with 24 volt sealed maintenance free batteries with automatic charger. The panel shall have seamless integration with EVAC certified Public Address System and shall be complete with all accessories. Shall have EN54- VDS/UL-FM Certification

2 Loop Panel

Addressable multisensor smoke detector including mounting base with LED complete as required with 2 inbuilt Isolators as per NFPA 72 style 7 wiring requirements (one for incoming and one for outgoing line) for maintaining operational availability of all elements in the loop in the event of a short circuit and to meet style 7 requirements; Drift Compensation feature & Automatic addressing. Detector should monitor Electromagnetic interference and report to the panel - current and average values. Detector should have IP40 or better protection rating. EMC safety for detector shall be 50 V/m. Shall have EN54-VDS/UL-FM certification. (Detectors without Inbuilt Isolators may be considered with an additional Isolator Module per detector)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of optical detector radio-linked optical detector (smoke) operates with an optical sensing chamber based on the principle of scattered light sensor. The detector communicates with a fire detection control panel in loop technology via the loop RF interface. Two lithium batteries are accommodated in the detector one as backup. The two coloured LED indicator with 360 visibility. Mechanical theft protection in the base. Radio transmission of 150 m (in open space), operating at de-licensed frequency range of 865MHz. Independently certified as complying with requirements of BS EN 54 Part 7 & 25.

Addressable analogue type Heat Detectors with combination of fixed type and rate of rise of temperature feature. Detetctor should have inbuilt isolators as per NFPA 72 style 7 wiring requirements and have an option of both soft & hard addressing. Detector should monitor Electromagnetic interference and report to the panel - current and average values. EMC safety for detector shall be 50 V/m. Shall have EN54-VDS/UL-FM certification.(Detectors without Inbuilt Isolators may be considered with an additional Isolator Module per detector)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of RF translator wireless module which can control upto 32 intelligent wireless detectors and devices, configuration through PC software or manually. Operating at frequency range of 865 MHz. Status indication via 3 LEDs, It communicates with the control panel via the loop, radio transmission range 150m (in open space), 7 operating frequency channels. Independently certified as complying with requirements of BS EN 54 Part 17, 18 & 25.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of RF expander wireless module required to increase radio communication range, operating at frequency range of 865 MHz, RF transmission range of 150 metres (in open space), 7 operating frequency channels. Independently certified as complying with requirements of BS EN 54 Part 18 & 25.

Response indicator for mounting on false ceiling at the entries of the cabin for indicating the operation for detectors in the above areas including Backbox

Active Repeater panel 7" Color LCD screen display with bright colors to indicate alarms and events to be connected peer to peer with Main Fire Alarm panel. Accept, Reset functions shall be possible from the repeater panel. The user interface of Repeater Panel shall be identical to the Fire alarm Panel. All other specification shall remain unchanged like FACP. Shall have EN54-VDS/UL-FM Certification

Addessable Manual call point unit with inbuilt isolators as per NFPA 72 style 7 wiring requirements, with flexible network structures & necessary fixing arrangements with key complete as required. Shall have EN 54-VDS/UL-FM Certification.

2C 1.5 sq mm unarmoured FRLS Fire Retardant cables in celing with suitable clamps and screws (RED colour)

25mm dia PVC conduit for laying of fire cable including necessary accessories like bend, junction box fixing of clamps etc., complete.

Software for integration of Fire alarm system with Fire monitoring system by way of graphical interface for displaying and monitoring small and medium fire alarm
