Preventive and General Maintenance of 2x500 KVA Indoor Sub Station, replacement of Faulty Cable, and other associated Work at Telecom Factory Wright Town

Checking & attending of 2x500 KVA Indoor Sub Station along with Four Pole structure tracing out of its defects for all type working components / accessories , tightening of electrical contacts , replacement of defective nuts / bolts , including dismantling , Oiling , greasing , Servicing , Cleaning of Structure etc complete as required .

Filtration / degassing / dehydration of transformer Oil to improve the Electrical properties i/c submission of test report of dielectric strenghth of filtered Oil of Top & bottom level of Oil tank etc. complete as required .

Supplying and filling of tested quality insulated transformer Oil confirming to relevant IS specification to maintain the permissible Oil level as required .

Supplying & laying of following size ACSR conductor for drawing of 11 KV over head line / Interconnection of all insulators , Gang operated Air Break switches , Lightening arresters , Drop out fuses and HT side with suitable bimetallic clamps/LT Line complete as required . The interconnection includes incoming from the M.P.E.B. supply up to HT side of transformer . (a) AAAC RABBIT CONDUCTOR 0.05 SQ. INCH ( 55 SQ.MM. AL.EQ. )

Supplying , Installation , Testing and commissioning of the following items including all inter connection on 6 pole Structure with necessary accessories etc. complete i/c dismantling of existing items etc. as required. ( Note - All interconnection with H T bus bar shall be done by using clamps / connectors / Tension Hardware / insulation sleeves & suitable accessories etc. )

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV ( rms ) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement , G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required .

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts , washers etc. as required.

Repairing of existing earthing Chamber and cleaning of strip connection complete as required

Checking & Servicing of Main Incomer ACB and BUS Coupler 1000 Amp Rating L&T make in MV Panel and tracing out of its defects for all type working components / accessories , tightening of electrical contacts , replacement of defective nuts / bolts , wiring including dismantling , Chemical cleaning , Oiling , greasing , Servicing etc complete as required .

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for the following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required ( 70 Sq MM )( One Job = 3 core )

Supplying and Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE 31/2 x 120 sq mm Alumn Conductor power cable (ISI Make) of 1.1 kV grade in the existing masonry open duct / Open Air / RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/wall surface as required. (Rates are inclusive of Transportation )

Supplying and Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed / XLPE 31/2 x 120 sq mm Alumn Conductor power cable (ISI Make) of 1.1 kV grade direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.. ( Rate are inclusive of Transportation )

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. ( Size 31/2 X120 SQMM )

Providing and Making Painting of four Pole Structure of 2x500 KVA Out door Sub Station including Fencing , Pole , Channels , Angles , Pipes complete after scrubbing the rust from pole / Structure with one coat Epoxy Primer & 2 coat of MRF charcoal PU Paint Supply of all materials , labour and matching with exhisting colour of structure / pole as directed by the engineer in charge etc. complete as required .
