M&L for cleaning the surface with wire brush, detecting the sources of leakages and replacement of any defective fittings/fixtures of any types/material such as nahani trap etc and making good the disturb surfaces by replastering or any other civil works of kitchen sunk (local sunk) with water proofing additive and providing all slope at nahani trap with finishing and making good complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for making hole and fixing the metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coreseal 357A/ Coreseal 357 CAT /Duro 53 of SIKA or equivalent in CICO for carrying out non destructive waterproofing treatment of sunken portion slab, floors and walls of bath, WC, WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as Hydrophobic PU injecting and epoxy coating etc including cleaning of surface with wire brush and detecting the sources of leakages and repairing, removing/taking down unsound treatment/surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second course injection of coreseal 135B /SIKA or equivalent in CICO complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening the joints in affective area and filling the cracks in entire depth on wall/floor/tiles with acrylic based crack filler /joint filler of SIKA or CICO as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.Make:- SIKA/CICO

M&L for application of two coats of polymerized cementious coat complete all as specified and directed.(Make-Tapcrete of CICO /liquicrete RTU of IWL

M&L for opening the fittings from out side, like ‘Y’ bend, ‘T’ etc. from the outlet pipe, fill properly the loose joint between bend and outlet pipe including replacement of defective piece/fitting and jointed with solvent and fixing properly to ensure leakage free joint and making good the disturb surface by plastering the hole of size 50/75/110mm including taking out old unserviceable PVC/CI fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for water proofing of external plastered surfaces of wall by applying two coats of elastomeric water proofing coating material after cleaning the surface thoroughly and sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound as per the manufactures specification and directed.Make:- CICO/SIKA

M&L for silicon/poly urethane injection grout for raising dampness including identification, making, drilling holes, fixing nozzles in spacing less than 02 Nos in one metre using 12 to 15mm dia drill bit, drill the holes at 45 degree to the extent of 1/2 to 3/4 of the wall thickness and in the lowest possible point to seal the damp area. After fixing of nozzle, mix the chemical as per manufacturer instruction and pump to the holes by using hand pump with approx pressure @3kg/Sqm till the return of liquid and allow it to remain for same time before moving to next nozzle and after completing grouting area should be observed for 24hrs including removing and sealing the nozzle and make good entire area cement mortor 1:4 using liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for water proofing treatment of external walls of GRIT WASHED SURFACES by applying two coats of water/ solvent based silicon coating after cleaning the surface thoroughly and sealing all the pointing with rich cement and sand mortar with water proofing additive complete all as per the manufacturers specifications and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement in sunken portion of toilet complete all as specified and directed.Make:- SIKA/ CICO

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken's portion of WC and foundation filling and mass concrete and sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.
