Disconnection of all old PVC fuel lines, fuel tanks from the existing 110 KVA BER DG Set at Power House and seggrigetting all these items and keeping aside complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the BER DG Set 110 KVA from its existing position by unscrewing all the foundation bolts etc. and transporting the same (alongwith all of its accessories as dismantled under item No 1 above) by Escort Hydra/Crane to MES MT Yard of GE (A) Kolkata complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of P.C.C in situ (platform of old DG Set) and removal of demolished concrete to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting point as shown by Engr-in-charge all and specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curve on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement morter 1:4 to make good the disturbed wall as demolished under item No. 3 here-in-above.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concreate type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregrate for making foundation work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering (plastering) 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces built in cement morter (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , Installation, at site on foundation , commissioning of 125 -KVA, 415V, 50Hz, 3Ø silent new DG Set, comprising of Engine, alternator, Engine & alternator to be fixed as per OEM's Design, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery & leads, Auto Start & Stop panel (AMF), Residential Silencer, First fill of lube oil, AVM pad, CPCB-IV+ approved Engin & Acoustic Enclosure having following specifications :-

ENGINE Make: Cummins / CATTERPILLAR / VOLVO Engine Type : 4 Stroke Diesel Engine RPM : 1500 Rated Output : 161.6 BHP or Nearest Higher size as available. Type of Governer : Common rail electronic injection system Fuel Tank Capacity : Minimum capacity 275 Liters Diesel Tank , with Inlet & outlet arrangement with Drain Plug and Air vents. Exhaust Silencer : HOSPITAL GRADE TYPE and complying with CPCB-IV+Norms. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself with 11 tank process. High quality acoustict enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-IV+ norms and silencer should be inside the enclosure. Maintainance Period : Engine oil change period shoud be 750 hrs or 1 year .

BASE FRAME Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Supply and laying for under ground heavy duty XLPE insulated, armoured aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 120 sq. mm 3.5 core in trenchches / through pipe or bare in road crossing / plingth/ drain/ duct/ floor along pole / wall /ceillings etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work, bricks protection sand cuisioning shall be measured and paid seperately.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for laying of cable , fixing of pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, old serviceable bricks etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level , not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sand filling 23 cm thick above the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of under ground cable including spreading and punning down to desired thickness of 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying for burnt brick sub class 'B' locally available best quality laid in trenches for protections of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for plain cement concreate (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm gradeed stone aggregrate) as in foundations filling, coping for pole and mass concreate filling of trench across the road etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing metal/bituminus road/PCC walk way/any type of tile works n.exc 0.45m width and n.exc 0.90 m in depth including all connected earth work and making good disturbed surfaces matching with the existing specification and finish including disposal of surplus material to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate (60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm) thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.25 mtrs. deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less' than 2.5 mtrs. below normal ground level, connected to (32 X 6) mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of bolts nut check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel necessary earth work, drilling hole, RCC cover with handle, GI tubing medium grade 20 mm dia for watering, funnel wire mess GI bolts with washer of suitable size all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated incl. testing on completeion. (Note : Fresh soil will be used for filling the dug as required to achieve the desired resistance from out side, copper strip will be laid below 60 cm from ground level and connected to test point through plinth protection necessary cost of repair to plinth protection and brazing and welding deemed to be included in the item copper strip beyond 7.5 RM will be connected through double nut bolt and brazing of joints).

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level, with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6mm dia including GI pipe 40 mm bore (Medium grade) as earth lead protection and necessary earth work, RCC cover with handle, GI tubing medium grade 20 mm dia for watering, funnel wire mess GI bolts with washer of suitable size all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I and connecting to earthing test point including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 50mtrs, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) earth pit, 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) cover with suitable reinforcement, watering arrangement, funnel etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for single aluminium strip of size (25x3.15) mm in proper position with saddles and fixing screws for earthing connection to equipments and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Copper strip (25 x 4.0)mm in proper position with saddles and fixing screws for earthing connection to equipments and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI pipe light grade 80 mm Tubes with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed

S&F XLPE Armoured copper cable 2.5 Sqmm 7 core 1100 Volt grade laid in existing trench/wall by excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unsv ceiling fan of any type and any sweep from existing after disconnection of all electrical connections , dismantling of fan blades and deposited to MES store yard of AGE E/M-II at Turf View Alipore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep complete with 3 Nos blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V AC, min air delivery 350-370 rpm with service value 7.50 BEE having power consumption between 26-30 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Exhaust fan 250 mm sweep, with polycorbonate blades 230 volts 50 Hz single phase including louvres & shutters nuts and bolts complete including modification of existing hole (if required) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old dismantled unsv exhaust fans will be deposited to MES store of AGE E/M-II at turf view for further disposal under departmental arrangements.
