Rectification to the existing damaged 263 S RCC Road from Ash Silo I II III to Ash Handling Sub Division Office towards East at TTPS

Chipping and removing the deteriorated damaged concrete surface of RCC road including all foreign materials and leaving behind only firm and solid concrete including cleaning with water, removing the loose, including all labours, tool equipments etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and laying tack coat using bitumen emulsion (RSI) 80/100 at the rate of 3.00 Kg per ten Sqm Over the WBM/ WMM surface for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost and conveyance of bitumen which will be supplied by the contractor, rentals for machineries fuel all labour charges for cleaning the surface and applying tack coat and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per cl.503 of MORTH-V revision.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 40mm using 0.13 m3 of 22.40 - 11.20mm, 0.17cum of 11.20 - 2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10Sqm including cost of conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher/ 9m paver finisher, vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-V.

Supplying and spreading gravel for 50mm thick including cost of all labour, lead, lift, cost of spreading gravel watering and consolidating with hand roller, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Road Marking with Hot Thermoplastic compound with reflected Glass Beads on Bituminous surface.Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.50 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes.
