Repair maintenance of high mast lights, street lights street lights, LT cables, garden lights and other misc works in the area of Golf view enclave, 4 para, 4, 3 GR and other locations under GE Utilities Udhampur

Dismantling the flood light, cable, connector, ring and other assembly from 9 to 12 mtr mini hight mast of any type, size and situated any type of location by applying crane /hydra and refixing the complete items/ assembly on 16 mtr top after repairing of light any type/wattage incl complete dismantling, checking replacement of unserviceable parts and components as required and make the light fittings operational to give rated illumination incl cleaning the acrylic/glass cover and refixing the same after repair/replacement of spare components complete with necessary electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Spare parts/components shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of sch 'A' .

Dismantling and taking down the complete high mast tower 15 to 20 mtr height by removing bolts and nuts at the bottom with the help of crane/motor and removing the worn out /cut stainless steel GI wire unservicable pulley,shafts checknuts etc including fixing new spares,applying grease, checking and rectifying mechanical and electrical connections and re-erecting the same after making functional of all components complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:(i) Necessary Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item/items of the schedule. The rate for minor spares necessary for carryingout the repair work which are all not covered under the schedule shall also deemed to be included the quoted rate. (ii) The rate quoted deemed to be included the rate of all manpower including technicians, crane operator etc. and all tools and plants including crane/motor required to carryout above work. (iii) The light assembly shall also be checked twice in the contract period other than the repairing time by taking down the light assembly from top to bottom and taking up to the original position (i.e. from bottom to top) after completing the repair work if any including checking the serviceability of high mast operating mechanism. (iv) The greasing of pully, roller, bearing and gear including refixing rope clamp, adjustment of lock, lever etc deemed to be included in the item rate.

Supply and fixing trailing cable 4 Sqmm, 5 core copper conductor EPR insulated PCP sheathed cable having current carrying capacity 30 Amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing trailing cable connector and terminal box suitable for 16 Mtr high mast. Make and model as per existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for removing the motor of capacity 2 hp to 5 hp from high mast light, rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and varnishing complete with “E” class varnish, including replacement of gun metal bush and side rubber ring and re-fixing in original position complete including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of Chain system suitable for running in pinion at site of individual high mast pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair reverse forward switch suitable for existing high mast light tower 15 mtr to 20 Mtr height including taking down old and unserviceable R/F switch etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix galvanised steel wire rope 8 mm dia 30 mtr long suitable for existing high mast light tower 15 mtr to 20 Mtr height including taking down old rope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix galvanised steel wire rope multistranded suitable for high mast not less than 10 mm dia 30 mtr long suitable for existing high mast light tower 15 mtr to 20 Mtr height including taking down old rope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair pulley for geared motor after removing old and unserviceable pulley including applying grease and gear oil for making the high mast functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
