Item No 1. Supply, Installation, testing commissioning of the following Medical Gas Pipe line system conforming to the specification and relevant Indian standards (.Make- Prime Medical or Equivalent)

A. Oxygen

(a) Automatic Control panel for Oxygen, Manifold.

(b) Manifold (6+6) extendable type alongwith non-return Vacuum for every Cylinder and copper pig tail pipe.

(c) Surface S bracket SS valve Oxygen Gas outlets point.

(d) Oxygen flow meter 0.15 LPM with humidifier bottle.

(e) Oxygen H.P antistatic rubber tube.

(f) Emergency manifold (2+2) supply system for oxygen with Regulator(without Cylinder). Note:- Cost of Cylinder shall be excluded in the quoted rate.

B. Vacuum.

(a) Vacuum system of the IR vacuum pump model 1 No with fly wheel, Motor slide Rails,V-Belts Motor pully complete electricals No of Cylinder O2, Piston dispalcement 58 CFM (appox) Base Frame with 5 HP motor, Vaccum reciever of 500 liters capacity filters.

(b) Surface S bracket SS valve Vacuum/Suction Gas outlets point.

(c) Ward Vacuum unit with Regulator, collection Jar of 600 ml with Bracket.

(d) Theatre Suction Unit, Trolley mounted with 2 Nos, 200 ml Collection Jars, CE Marked Indigenous.

(e) Vacuum HP antistatic rubber tube.

(f) Low Pressure tube for vacuum.

C. Nitrous Oxide.

(a) Cylinder manifold (1+1) extendable type for Cylinder and copper pig tail pipes with N2O Regulator.

(b) Emergency supply system for Nitrous Oxide.

(c) Surface mounted front loading S Bracket type Nitrous Oxide Gas outlets point.

(d) Hight pressure tube Nitrous. Note:- Cost of Cylinder shall be excluded in the quoted rate.

Item No 2 Copper Pipe Medical Grade with Imported fitting solid drawn seamless, deoxide non arsenical, half hard, tempered and the degressed, manufactured as per the BS 2871 Part-I Table-X of 1971 and the Chemical MEX Flow or Mandev Tube.

(a) 28mm outer dia x 0.9mm thick

(b) 22mm outer dia x 0.9mm thick.

(c) 15mm outer dia x 0.9mm thick.

(d) 10 to 12mm outer dia x 0.7mm thick.

Oxygen Alarm and Valves Sytem

(e) Oxygen Alarm.

(f) Alarm for three line.

(g) Floor Isolation Valve 15mm.

(h) Floor Isolation Valve 22 mm.

Item No. 3 M&L for submain wiring with 2X6.0 SQMM+1X4.0SQMM Earth Wire single core PVC insulated FRSL sheathed cooper cable connecting to common earth dolly in and including heavy duty in concealed conduit including taking down old wiring all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make- Havells/Finolex/Plaza

Item No 4 S&F switch socket combination 15 Amps flush type 230 Volts , AC including with pressed steel concealed terminal boxes covered with 3mm thick laminated sheet/modular plate(Make : Anchor/Havells/Indoasian ( ISI marked)
