ERECTION of Double Pole TRANSFORMER STRUCTURE COMPLETE inclusive of following works - Excavation of pole pits sizing 2' X 2' X 6'(2*475), erection of poles(2*550), Excavation of Stay pits (4*390) and Erection of stay set (4*210), erection of structure materials (Top Channel-Rs.250, Bed Channel-Rs.250,Cross with stud for bed Channel-Rs.120, Belting Angle-Rs.250) erection of AB switch (Rs.1000), HG Fuse (Rs.600) Structure Earthing complete (Rs.2100), Fixing of Open Type fuse units and feeder arrangements(Rs.900), HT/LT LAS fixing(Rs.350 and Rs.250) , Provision of bus-bar arrangement(Rs.500), Jumpering(Rs.400) Fixing of support inculator angle and erection of of 3 Nos pin insulators ( Rs.200) ( all T&P suchas crowbars, siling, DShackle etc., that must be brought by the contractor)(Labour for Structure Concreting, Stay Concreting,Painting, Fixing of name board / Danger Board, Erection of transformer, Transporting of Transformer , Fixing of DT meter ,Drilling of holes, Cutting,welding,alteration of clamps if anyand Provision of Earth pit collars are separately given).
