Spreading of good earth in required thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including mechanical or manual means complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS:15658- 2006 and ISI marked of 60 mm thickness, M-30 grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified. Made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of stone dust, filling the joints with sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centring and shuttering with 20mm nominal size graded stone aggregate.M-10 Nominal

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete and painting of kerb stone with putty and paint etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect. (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering or mechanical means and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs with putty to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including scaffolding at all height and and al level : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including scaffolding at all height and at all level: Old work (one or more coats).

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work.

Providing and applying white cement-based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth i/c all cost of material, labour and scaffold etc in all position complete.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. One or more coat applied @0.70 ltr/10 sqm

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. One or more coat applied @0.70 ltr/10 sqm.

Floor painting with floor enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. One or more coat on old work.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including all fixtures/accessories cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows and doors with M.S. Flat 15x3mm and nuts and bolts complete. Galvanised M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides

Filling the gap in between aluminium frame and adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Upto 5 mm depth and 5 mm width
