Servicing ,overhauling, cleaning, Checking ,testing, commissioning, including final test report and setting of relays different rating of air Circuit breakers (1600amp ACB- 4 Nos,1600 Amp. Buscoupler-1no, 3200 Amp Buscoupler-1no & 800amp ACB-5,1250A-1 no.,3200 Amp. ACB-2 no for Tr. 1 & Tr.2, 2000Amp ACB for new riser -2No. ) of ABB & L&T make existing LT panel by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with necessary tools , tackles & measuring instruments with Relay test Kit set.and opening the mechanical portion of circuit breaker and drawn out from the unit, checking the tripping unit arrangement & washing by CTC oil again reassemble the same for proper charging as per direction of EIC

Scope of Work Includes: --->

(A). Servicing / overhauling of Air Circuit Breakers ACBs Dismantling, cleaning and assembling of front cover, push button, locking latches etc., arc chute cover and cover and terminal shield., chassis., hand pullout system, racking mechanism of chassis and function position indicators., Physical inspection of main contact.,Physical inspection and setting of contact gap & pull rod.,Inspection, cleaning and setting of tripping releases.,Dismantling, cleaning, checking/testing and assembling of tripping Coil/closing coil., electrical spring charging motor, mechanical charging system., jaw contacts, Testing the closing time, tripping time and springtime as per standards. Checking and measuring the closing coil resistance, trip coil resistance and Contact resistance.,Lubricating the inner mechanism roller and other linkage and knife., Applying petroleum jelly on cluster contact. Cleaning of all components of ACBs should be done with petrol and Contacts with CRC as per standard.Final testing of the circuit breaker for its electrical/mechanical functions.

Electrical Testing: i) Perform insulation resistance testing to verify dielectric strength. ii) Measure contact resistance to ensure proper electrical connections. Iii) Verify and adjust trip settings and calibrate as necessary. iv) Overload Trip Test: Verify ACB trips within specified time at overload current as specfied by BIS. v) Short Circuit Trip Test: Test ACB's ability to trip quickly and safely under short circuit conditions. vi) LSIG Protection release test with test kit Vii) All other related routin maintenance test in accordance to the BIS should be carried out.

Dismantling of old un-servicable 800A ACB from existing service panel with skilled personnel as per direction of EIC

Making arrangement for new 800A ACB in place of old ACB Chamber by cutting the existing structure with skilled personnel incl. making of new fabrication frame work by suitable size angle iron frame ; incl. gasketted panel door of adequate size of CRCA sheet duly assembled to adjust the new ACB & Carefully assess the dimensional differences between the existing ACB and perform all necessary modifications to the panel structure and busbar chamber to accommodate the new ACB, including any cutting, drilling, or welding required. as per direction of EIC

SITC of following ACBs conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2 & IEC 60947-2. The ACBs will have in built 2 NO+2 NC Auxilary Contact, safety shutter assembly, Packing handle, Door sealing frame, push button cover & Rating error preventor, spring charge Indication Microswitch, under voltage release (Type MV:240V AC), 100%, Rated neutral Pole, Microswitch for common Indication of O/L & S/C. (Make: LK, Cat No: SL96062 or equivalent diamention (as pre site requirement)/ ABB/ Siemens)

415V, Icu@415V=Ics=Icw for 1 sec = 50kA, 800A, 4P Mechnical draw out type Air Circuit breaker, with microprocessor based LSIGN release.

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. (G-1/2.e)

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.(G-2/3.a)
