S&F in replacement of solar photo voltaic module panels 330 Wp, rated voltage 37.67 V, rated current 8.79 Amp, crystalline silicon PV modules with spare parts required for smooth functioning, tightenining of electric connection complete and assembling and reconnecting including taking down old broken/ unserviceable module all as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Repair/ Servicing of On grid inverter outdoor type including replacement of unserviceable parts, IP-65 protection, 60 KW capacity, AC nominal rating (array to inverter ratio 1:1), 3 P, 50 HZ, AC power string inverter on three phase side output voltage 415 V (+12.5%, 20% VAC) maximum current ripple 4% PP, Reactive power 0.95, inductive to 0.95 capacity, harmonic distortion less than 3%, over all efficiency of not less than 98% and above at full load with all protection (IEC-61683), Operating temperature range 20 Degree Celcius to 60 Degree Celcius including making connection as per existing complete all as per site requirment all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge. Note: The cost of replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured separately under item no. 2.01 to 2.04 here-in-after.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Kiosk box, made out of fibre material complete with TPN, aluminium busbar suitable for one number MCB (SP) including one No MCB (SP) 6 Amps 240 volts with glands for incoming & outgoing cable including fixing of flat iron clamps of size 20 x 4 mm on PCC/ Steel tubular pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Havells/ Sintex or equivalent make as aproved by GE.

Trimming of Tree branches along the solar panels and fencing, maintaining minimum clearance of 3 Metre from Panels at a height of 2.5 mtr above ground level upto tree height and ensuring no shadow falls on panel from 0800 Hours to 1900 Hours complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Integral LED Street light Luminaries, 60 Watts capacity, 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/ 66 protection complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB, TPN, 125 Amps, 415 Volts, 16 KA, Ics=100% Icu, with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic release including complete connection all as specified and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of on grid inverter outdoor type, IP 65, with minimum 60.00 KW (matching with PV panels output) AC nominal rating (Array to Inverter Ratio 1:1), 3P, 50Hz AC power string inverter on three phase side: - Output voltage 415 (+12.5%, -20% VAC), frequency 50Hz (+3 Hz, -3Hz) Maximum current ripple 4% PP, Reactive power 0.95 inductive to 0.95 capacity, total harmonic distortion: less than 3% with overall efficiency of not less than 98% and above at full load. (IEC-61683) with all protection and controlling as per specification including suitable communication portal with SCADA for monitoring all parameter like P, PF, V, I etc (with in built or external data logging device and on line portal log-in ID and password) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : SMA SUNNY TRIPOWER 60 or euivalent make as approved by GE.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes, for under ground cable/ erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT cable and stay assembly etc not exceeding 10 square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing/ trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material/ soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning below and above cable thickness as specified in SSR to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: Only punned thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks sub class "B" old size for cable protection laid flat lengthwise perpendicualr to the axis of cable complete all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing underground cable, of cross sectional area 10 sqmm, 4.0 core, XLPE insulated, overall sheathed with aluminium conductor, heavy duty 1100 volts grade, including Al thimbles laid in trenches/ on pole/ road crossing or passing through existing/ new pipe under road crossing clamping on wall etc. Note : (i) Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/ existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments, machinery or tool if required for laying electrical cable through new/ existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Material and labour in replacement of broken earth pit of size 300 x 300 x 300 mm made of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates), and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with handle made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers as required at site with testing result all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 25 x 4 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore medium grade and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe (light grade), funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ, the earthing will be re-done at no extra cost.
