Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) (suitable for earthed system) with stranded aluminimum conductor, 11000 volts, grade, of size 3 core x 95 sq.mm.

Supply & fix cable jointing kit for 11 kv grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing materials & accessaries suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminimum conductor cable of size 95sqmm.

Supply & fix cable jointing kit for 11kv grade cable for indoor termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing materials & accessaries suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminimum conductor cable of size 95 sqmm.

Supply and erection in replacement of steel tubular swaged pole 11 metres long designation with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws etc including painting of pole with twô cổlats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer from top of the pole to 1.5m above the bottom of the pole and painting with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer upto 1.5m from bottom of the pole complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Poles are being planed for erecting 2 pole structure (ii) Excavation and farth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and directed.

All as per item No.5 above but depth exceeding 1.5 metre & not exceeding 3.00 metre. complete all as spceified and directed.

Returning, filling the soft / loose soil including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground cable with a layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, dry adjacent to each other laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural mild steel sections 25 conforming to Fe-410-0 grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot dalling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size

Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as spceified and directed.

Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (including loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete) with dia of the stay rod of size 20 mm.

Supply and install tripple pole HT 11 KV outdoor gang operated air break switch of rating upto 200 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechanically operating from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame operating rode made out of 25 mm Gl pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangement with 12 insulators with dropout fuses fixed including taking out existing GO switch complete all as specified. (clamps/cross arms shall be measred and paid for seperatly)

Supply and fix Lightning arrestor HT 11KV 10 KA station class complete all as spceified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead by using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed.

M&L, GI pipe light grade 150 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole or under road/ pavement, complete including MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc all as specified and directed.

S&F iron angle 50x50x6mm as in post and struts in fancing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling ete and simillar works all as required and directed at site complete all as spceified and directed.

Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered (clamps measured separately

Taking down old unsv sub main and M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated, unsheathed copper condutor, multi stranded cable of size 10.00 Sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn PVC concealed conduit of size 19/20 mm (ISI marked) including PVC accessories complete incl cutting and chasing and making good etc including one run of 6.00 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi-stranded PVC insulated, unsheathed cable as earth wire continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two run of 6.00 Sqmm cable one run of 10.00 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.)

Taking doun old unsv sub main and M&L for sub main wiring with five runs of single core PVC insulated, unsheathed copper condutor, multi stranded cable of size 10.00 Sqmm 1100 volts grade drawn PVC concealed conduit of size not less thgan 25 mm (ISI marked) including PVC accessories complete incl cutting and chasing and making good etc including one run of 10.00 Sqmm single core copper conductor multi-stranded PVC insulated, unsheathed cable as earth wire continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : four run of 10.00 Sqmm cable one run of 10.00 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.)

Taking down old US MCB DB and S & F in Repair sheet metal enclosure for MCB DB double door single pole & Neutral 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar complete all as spceified and directed.
