S&F inreplacement of guard wire / cradles rectangular, fabricated with Galvanised steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia for guarding of LT line complet all as specified and as directed .

Dismantiling/uprooting of LT pre-stressed concrete poles /steel poles of any size and shape including taking out dismantled portion of pole embended in ground after necessary demolition of foundation concrete and making good disturded ground properly and removing the debris out sdide MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The necessary excavation & earth work is required to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and errect steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Excavation and earthwork,PCC shall be measured and paid separately in relevant item here in after . (ii) Painting with two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto plating depth and the remaining external complete pole portion shall be painted with silver colour in two coats over a red oxide primer and A1 graded radium strip of 100mm width in three colour red, yellow, and green fix around the pole with 100mm gap in each strip at a distance of 1.1 mtr high from the ground level deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required galvanised iron strip 25mm x 3mm including taking down old strip complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unservicable steel structure, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps from two /four pole stucture at various location complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps,ladder and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Fixing only serviceable cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps,ladder and back plates including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts if required, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including preparation of old steel surface and apply one coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Serviceable cross arms obtained from slitem No.05 of above will be re used.

Note : stone patti/slab obtained under Sl item No 13 to 17 shall be reused.

Laying only 40 to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25cm to 30cm wide and not less than 60cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n. exc 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of conventional earthing for bore earthing 150mm dia and depth 50mtr below ground level using earth electrode 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade duly drilled hole of 12mm dia, 15cm C/C on both side of the pipe including lowering in bore well up to the depth of 49 mtr and one mtr above ground level . The pipe electrode should be filled around commercial salt, charcoal dust / breeze and magnesium phosphate of 30cm layer full length of pipe and the borewell should have 12 mtr of length 150mm dia MS pipe for protection of bore well including welding of GI strip 50X6mm on earth elecrode GI pipe 50mm dia up to the 20 mtr below ground level and15 mtr from the bore well to test point including necessary water connection by GI steel tubing 15mm dia and gun metal test point complete all as specified and as directed.

The panel shall be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 3 Phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with suitable capacity screwed copper bus bar (200 Amp rating) with suitable size bolt and nuts , thimbles glands including taking out existing LT feeder pillar box complete all as specified and directed with the following accessories :- (a) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 125 Amps, 25 KA - 01 No (b) Indicator lamp (RYB) (set of three) - 01 Set.
