Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in looses/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returing filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not less than 25 cum each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling of dry sand under and around LT cable to provide sand cushioing and in sub stn ducts/trenches complete all as directed.

M&L brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning to cable in trenches keeping width of brick parallel to the length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type B2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of pole & stay complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC for 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of pole & stay complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC for 1:2:4 type B2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for copining of pole complete all as directed.

M&L ACSR conductor including stringing on LT poles complete including aluminium binding wires, jumpering, bindings at insulators etc. including taking down old un-servicable ACSR conductor of any size/description from poles complete all as directed.

S&F in repair of Cross arm, bracings, supports , clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section, including nut , bolts , washers, welding , bendings cold or hot, drilling hole for both in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including taking down the old unserviceable cross arms complete all as directed.

M&L stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 (Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete only measured separately) using diameter of stay rod 16 mm and MS stay plate 230mm x 230mm including taking down existing un-serviceable stay assembly complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the windings of loose overhead conductors of LT lines from insulators and restringing the same for proper sag and rewinding incl aluminium winding wires, tapes etc and jumpering for any type of conductor complete of single run conductor all as directed. Note: Triming of tree branches upto 3 mtrs from the conductor is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Supply and fix in repair of insulator pin type porcelain vitereous , white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvinised washer and one GI nut 100 mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 Volt grade complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of insulator shackle type, porcelain, vitereous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washer and nuts for working pressure 1100 Volts height 100mm, dia 115mm, section of strap (31x5) mm dia of bolt 14 mm complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in repair of loop type insulator vitreous white,brown or green insulator small size,with over all dimensions 65 x 90 mm,clearance of hole 16 mm complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT under ground cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area for following sizes, including taking down old, complete, all as specified and directed :-

Supply and fixing in repair of LED driver for suitable for 45W to 60 W complete. Makes: Havells/Bajaj/CG or equiavalent in approved makes.

Supply and fixing in repair of LED driver for suitable for 70W to 90W complete. Makes: Havells/Bajaj/CG or equiavalent in approved makes.

S&F in repair of junction box made out of 2mm thick MS sheet front openable, weather & vermin proof incl painting two coats of synthetic enamels paint over coat of red oxide primer. Connection box shall be suitable for housing & including aIuminium bus bar 25 Amps Cap 4 Nos. MCB SP 6Amps-01 No and having provision of cable hole in bottom for two to three cables of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core armoured cable connection boxshall be fitted on street light pole and fixing arrangements i.e MS clamps etc deemed to be provided by the contractor, size of box 300x250x150mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable PCC/steel tubular poles 9 mtr long and supply and erection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) and shifting of conductors and insulators etc incl painting the exposed portion of the pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and internally through out plus embedded portion with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Marking of pole number with black paint in yellow circle complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for street light fitting bracket made out of 32/40mm bore GI pipe, light grade, bend to shape, 1.2 metre long, fixed to pole/wall with and including two sets of clamps made out of flat iron of size 50mm x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washers, complete all connected accesories for fixing of GI bracket with pole including one coat of anti corrosive primer and two coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 mtr long, by applying one coat of alluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms . Alluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 Mtr hight from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enammelled paint ( 30 cms each) Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Painting to LT panels of any size with two coats of sky blue paint over a coat of red oxide primer outerside and two coats of white paint over a coat of red oxide primer internal complete all as specified and directed. Notes:-(i) Before painting contractor will ask for Shutdown of the respective feeder from the JE. (ii) Any damage occur during painting will be bear by the contractor.
