Supply, laying and testing of XLPE cable Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 sq mm 3.5 core , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring complete with 2 run of 4 sqmm, single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS type, PVC insulated, unsheathed, flexible, multi stranded duly colour coded cable drawn through and including PVC casing and caping of size 25mm width or above as required at site and accessories such as tee, corners,overlaping connector etc of suitable size fixed on surface of walls/roofs/ceiling and including 01 run of 4 sqmm single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, FRLS type, PVC insulated, unsheathed, flexible, multi stranded of green colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly including removing old unserviceable itemcomplete and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : - 02 run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and one run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and 01 run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one unit.

Supply & fix MCB SPN 32 Amps 10 KA, "C" series, 240 volts , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix of sheet metal enclosures with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with single pole MCB 20 Amps , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply,install, testing and commisioning of split type air conditioner 2 TR capacity with cooling function of inverter technology with cordless remote control, single phase, 240 volts complete with all accessories such as indoor and outdoor units and refrigerant tubing of adequate length as required at site, indoor mounting plate, drain pipe of suitable size brought upto ground level from any height including making cable connection by providing three core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable PVC insulated, sheathed of adequate length as required at site including making round hole on existing any type of wall (core cutting if required) for taking up refrigerant tubing, drain pipe and cables etc and making good the disturbed surface by matching with existing adjoining surfaces , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix voltage stablizer of 5 KVA capacity suitable to voltage 170 volt to 240 volt , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Surface preparation of structural part by gentle chipping by manually to make the surface rough and thoroughly cleaned with air as per standard practice and directions of Engineer-in -charge (including removal of external debris away from out side of MD Land, tools and tackles, lead and lift etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Providing and applying a priming cum bonding coat of two component Epoxide Resin confoms to ASTM-C-882-91 of approved make and quality to clean and sound concrete are by brush or any other established method by mixing Base and curing agent in 2:1 proportion by weight for joining old and new concrete as per technical specifications of manufacturer. Work shall be carried out as per the manufacturers specifications & certificate on this account shall be taken from consultant and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge etc including necessery scaffolding ,form work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and applying 15mm thick polymer mortar to load carrying R.C.C members in two layers in proportion of 1:5:15 by weight of polymer of approved make and quality, cement ratio for desire consistency and applying and finishing by floating, curing after initial setting time etc complete (With prior approval of SEMC) etc including necessery scaffolding ,form work etccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Providing & Fixing MS/TS dowel pins/staple/shear pins including drilling holes in concrete and providing labour and but excludes the materials for grouting the pins etc including necessery scaffolding ,form work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&Lfor Providing and applying the rust cleaner alkaline in nature to the existing /additional rebars including wire-brushing manually or by mechanical tools, clean etc complete. Measurment on the basis of area of concrete exposed etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing & applying two coat of anticorrosive epoxy Phenolic rebar protective system IP Net RB or equivalent of approved make and quality comprises of resin and hardner mixed in equal proportion by voliume with minimum 9-10 hrs between the coats,sprinkling dry and sand when second coat is tacky so as provide rough finish and ensuring air curing of minimum 10hrs after t5he top coat before any subsequent etc incl scaffolding and all necessery items, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel TMT round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto as per Srl Item No 19.00 above but dia 6mm to 8mm etc complete all as pecified

M&L and for Micro concrete: Providing encasement to columns/beams/pardi etc. with free flow high strength non shrink micro concrete M-35 using single component cement micro concrete shrinkage components and added with 100% by weight saturated dry stone dust water cement ratio shall be maintained properly as per manufactures specifications to achieve dense solid mass prepared micro concrete shall be poured properly as per in prefixed holding boards slurry tight form work properly aligned to required size and shape and well oiled air bubbles if any shall be removed by tapping the boards removing the boards after 24 hours and curing the micro concrete thoroughly for 14 days cost inclusive of shuttering curing etc. complete. (Note: Microconcrete mixing with 6mm down size aggregates in the ratio of 1 part micro concrete with 0.3 part of aggregate by weight and including formwork required for microconcrete.) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (10 mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick finishing coat) on wall fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge

M&L for rendering 5mm thick (1:3) cement plaster newly plastered surface on ceilling fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick (1:6) cement plaster newly plastered surface on wall fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only water proofing compound , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt including coba,plaster of any description over the surface of roof, terracess including flashings and junctions of parapete/curbwalls etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance exceding 500m but nexc 1.00km and depositing where directed

M&L for opening out cracks, removing the loose material and Filling with Dr Fixit Crack -X shrinkfree all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filleting and benching slightly rounded etc including necessary formwork complete.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over 15 mm thick PCC padding in CM 1:4 in roof with the following courses of treatment for (a) Applying bitumen primer (IS3384) @ 0.40 lit/sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfacecomplete all as specified. (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based water proofing membrane polyster reinforced (3 kg/sqm)with 10 cm overlap and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified. (c ) Over the membrane provide a solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 Lit/sqm prescribed by manufacturer all as specified.

M&L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg of cement per sqm , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width & girth not otherwise described and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 sq. m each.Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L powder coated aluminium Door/ window/ sliding window / Ventilator / partition frames and shutters using standard aluminium powder coated sections including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings suitable Nylon gasket, nylon rollers, maruthi locks, handles, concealed star lock, aluminium F channel for fixing aluminium grill and all necessary fittings and fixtures etc all as specified etc complete of standard sections and fixing to cudappa stone/granite stone with necessary bolts/screws , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F aluminium anodized grill of 4.75 x 7.75 mm, size of opening 10cm, size of mesh RG 103 (as per royal grill) with aluminium channel `F' angle 20mmx15mm fixed to aluminium frame work all as directed.

S&F stainless steel wire mesh of 0.36mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm & fixed with tinted tacks of galvanised over staples ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F sheet glass 4.00mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing n.exc 0.50Sqm in each pane , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening cover de-watering and taking out sludge from septic tank of any size and removing sludge out side MD land and cleaning the septic tank as per BMC rules and placing cover in original position. Note :- The measurement for the quantity of sludge removed will be arrived by multiplying the inner dimensions of septic tank to actual depth of sludge deposited by dipping the measuring rod. The depth shall be of that wet surface on measuring rod for payment purpose.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position ,brickwork or stone boulders masonry built in CM for foundation etc or for shafts, walls cesspits, manholes etc ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of pre cast reinforced concrete manhole cover,Slab of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing demolished materials outside MOD Land ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Plain Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete ,type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surronding pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M & L for Cutting into existing manholes for connect in new drains making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ½ round or ¾ section in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm inner dia of pipe ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
