Material and Labour for Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting/filling using power roller of capacity exc 8 tonne & n exc 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 200 mm thick (spread thickness) soling with broken boulders or quarried stones of range 100mm to 50mm, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled with power roller 8/12 tonne and consolidated to required gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 150 mm thick compacted thickness Water Bound macadam with coarse aggregate of Granite, trap or Basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956- 1 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground flooring and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to receive interlocking tiles incl spreading, levelling in layers complete all as specifeid and directed.

M & L Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade With Grey Cement and pigment complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kerbs etc complete all as specified and as directed.
