Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth in hard and dense soil and getting out for laying of pipelines complete all as specified and directed.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms thick in soils all as specified.

Removing the surplus soil not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

M&L for Cutting Bitumen Road Hard top at site as required for Laying of Pipe line and making good of disturbed surface as per existing top with 20/40mm graded stone aggregate and bitumen layer/premix carpet/Bituminous Macadam etc after repair work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay in trenches, connect joint, test and commission of 150 mm dia Ductile Iron Pressure pipes, centrifugally cast (spun), Class "K-9" with socket and spigot ends conforming to IS-8329 in standard lenghts suitable for Push- On Rubber gasket jointing with inside morter lining and black bitumen external coating complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Necessary PCC supports for pipe line will be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Rate quoted is inclusive of site clearance i.e vegetation clearance/ jungle clearance.

Supplying, fixing and testing of DI, heavy duty, Specials of any size, radius and length confirming to IS - 9523 (2000) such as bends, tapers any type, sockets, tail pieces, connecting pieces, tee pieces, single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross, [all sockets or socket and spigot or Flanged], collars, caps and plugs, adopters etc suitable for DI Spigot and Socket or Flanged pressure pipes up to 200mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Sluice Valve, Cast Iron body, Stainless Steel Spindle, Gun Metal Rings including Wheel for operation, Flanged and Drilled, 150 mm bore of pipe, confirming to IS - 14846, Class PN -1.6, Long Body type including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Air Release Valve, 150 mm bore of pipe conforming to IS - 14845, with 2 Air Out lets of 25 mm bore with suitable Flanges, GI Pipes of Medium Grade 25 mm bore, MS Clamps, including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Construction of Valve Chamber of size 1200 X 1200 X 1200 mm internal size suitable for Sluice Valve, with PCC (1:4:8), Type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, 200 mm thick Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry including provision of Mild Steel Sheet Cover 3 mm thick with 40 X 40 X 6 mm size Angle Iron frame work embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements including two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surfaces and 03 coats of white wash on all plastered surfaces and including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.9 here in before but of size 900 x 900 x 900mm intenal size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling mass concrete, for supporting / encasing of CI / DI Pipes as per IS-12288 (1987) of any description, valve chambers, Pilasters, Columns, Pillars, Buttresses, Boundary Pillars and Posts including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork [straight or curved] complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Run Lead joint confirming to IS specifications for CI/DI pipes of 150 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fixing NRV, 150 mm dia, PN-1.6, with brass strainerd fixing to its position complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fix, install and testing of Centrifugal Pumpset coupled with TEFC motor, surface mounted horizentaln multi stage pump set with side suction and top discharge minimum discharge 13.88 LPS at 120 mtr head and capacity of motor should not less than 50 HP, 415 volts, 2900rpm, 3 phase , CI Casing, high tensile stainless steel shaft, brass impeller, gland packing, flexible coupling, coupling guard, priming funnel with electric driven of pump, complete with as recommended by manufacturer’s instructions & all as directed and specified including PCC 1:2:4, Type B1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Foundation and connecting up with suitable size of copper conductor cable from Starter Panel to Pump complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) The Pump Set shall be mounted directly on suitable Platform / PCC Foundation / Common MS Channel Base Platform, Coupling, Coupling Guard, Bolts & Nuts complete with Anti-Vibration pads as per manufacturer's specification and other allied works / parts for installation and commissioning and all as directed. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate. [b] The capacity of the pump set shall be net after all de-rating factors as per IS. [c] The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of control cable terminations of suitable size from pump set to the panel and all fittings like Flanged Ends Tee, Bends, Reducers, Spool piece etc, rubber gaskets, required flanges and set of Fasteners, nut bolts and any type of accessories for pump set complete for installation. (d) Rate of DI fittings shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of sch. [e] Technical specifications of pump set shall be got approved from GE before placing the purchase order. (f) Pre commissioning of pump set to be done by IEM/SEI and all arrangements should be made by the Contractor.

Supply,laying,jointing,connecting,testing underground XLPE insulated,PVC seathed, armoured heavy duty electric LT Cable, 1100V grade with aluminium stranded conductor,95 sqmm 3.5 core, laid in trenches /drawn through pipes with suitable size cable glands,crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay HDPE double wall corrugated pipes confirming to IS-14930 Part II for cable protection of size 90mm OD and 75mm ID including all acessories such as bend, end caps and couplers etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to 32 X 6mm GI Strip [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 50 mm, light grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, Earth Plate Electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of Charcoal and Common Salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the Plate by means of GI Bolts & Nuts complete all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to panel / DB including testing on completion including main earthing, Charcoal, Common Salt, PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover, 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm Angle Iron, MS Funnel with 20 mm bore, medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No above 19 but using 4mm dia GI wire and 15 mm lead protection as earth lead complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of 32 x 6 mm galvanized iron strip, buried in ground or fixed to wall in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed brackets of MS Angles / Tubes with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') as per IS-12288 - 1987 complete all as specied and as directed.

Supply, lay in trenches, connect joint, test and commission of Flanged end 100 mm dia Ductile Iron Pressure pipes, centrifugally cast (spun), Class "K-9" for suction line including fixing necessary clamps, nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Length of suction pipe shall be as per site requirement and layout of suction system shall be approved from GE.

M&L for CI foot valve, conforming to IS:4038, 100 mm dia, with brass strainerd fixing to its position complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Sluice Valve, Cast Iron body, Stainless Steel Spindle, Gun Metal Rings with solid shaft of required length around 05 Mtrs for operation from ground level suitable for 100 mm dia suction line, confirming to IS -14846, Class PN -1.6, Long Body type including all Joints with Rubber Gasket and Jointing Materials, Bolts, Nuts, Washer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Strainer for Suction of size 100 mm bore, Heavy duty cast iron body conforming to relevent IS suitable for monoblock pump fitted in position including rubber/leather gasket, nuts & bolts and washers with synthetic metal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pressure gauge 4"dial 0-14 kg/sqcm rating with sypher and cock complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for Suction Gauge 4"dial 0-14 kg/sqcm rating with sypher and cock complete all as directed and specified.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of digital type flow rate indicator cum totalizer / flow meter including padel wheel type flow sensor and T fitting with flow rate 14 to 140 Cum / Hr, suitable for 230 volt power supply including cable of required length (min 5 mtrs) suitable for 150 mm DI pipe line size with digital display and data parameter setting, all enclosed with a weather proof MS box 1.5 mm thick powder coated as per required size complete all as directed and specified.
