Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Chief Officer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

Further Particulars if any required by the Contractor can be had from the office of the CO TMC BYADGI during office hours on all working days.

The tenderer should maintain the road works mentioned in the Tender document during the defective liability period for 2 years.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the CO TMC BYADGI r reserves the right to verify the documents before approval.

Contractor should take all precautions to ensure that no damage is caused to the existing structures which have been constructed by other agencies during project execution. If any damage is caused, it has to be rectified at his own risk and cost.

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Materials like steel, cement etc., required for the work shall be procured by the tenderer themselves and should got tested by the quality control authority before use on the work at their own cost.

Contractor should carryout additional test required to test the suitability of materials.
