Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of LT under ground cables/ pipes and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan & 1.5 metre in depth for pole, stay pit etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 above but depth exceeding 1.50 metre and not exceeding 3.00 metre.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in layers, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C-2(1:3:6) (using 40mm graded stone aggrgate) for pole foundation including provision of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregates) for coping of pole etc including provison of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Sand cushioning in trenches for cushioning of underground cable including spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying factory made (Make as approved by the GE) pre cast unreinforced concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for cable protection in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of preparation of exposed surfaces, application of one coat of red oxide primer and thereafter 2 coats of alluminiuam paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 11 KV, 200 Amps, out door, tilting type, gang operated, air break off load disconnecting switch, triple pole, each consists of galvanized channel base HT insulator,non - ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horn of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformer, horizontal GI pipe of adequate length for phase separation and for operation from ground level and operating handle, complete with locking arrangement on both ON and OFF position, all ferrous parts shall be hot dipped galvanized and non ferrous parts heavily tinned to withstand weather suitable for vertical mounting, also with & including drop out type fuse assembly, twelve insulator type and conforming to IS 1818-1961, complete all as specified and as directed, Make - Jaipuria/BHEL/Pactil .

S&F lightening arrester, expulsion type, complete with and including all fittings, distribution class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11 KV, out door typeand also including necessary connection and fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994, complete all as specified and as directed, Make: Jaipuria/BHEL/Pactil.

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based (CPRI tested) maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy coated). Zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc(99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns. Earthing system shall be conforming to IS-3034, the outer and inner pipe shall be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia, 3 metre length Zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal, annular space between the pipes being filled up with compact fill (CF) (Crystalline conductive compound). The compact fill (CF) mixture shall be machine pressed in the pipes and should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe shall be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits of 300mm diameter and refilling the same with 4 bags (25 Kgs/bag) electrodite/ conductolite back fill comopound (Ground Enhancer). The BFC shall be eco friendly, it shall not contain environmentally hazard materials having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit shall also be provided with earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. The earth electrode (the main component of the earthing system) which is in direct contact with the ground shall be able to provide a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage current. The materials shall have good electrical conductivity & anti-corrosion property in wide rage of soil condition and testing on completion including replacing the existing soil with black soil for 80cm dia (Black soil shall be filled for total 80cm dia - 30cm dia of earth pit) (for the total depth of pit) around the 300mm dia pit, complete all as specified and as directed, Make : ASHLOK Model –ASEEL-39 ZC & AC (zinc & Alloy) or equivalent as approved by the GE. Note : Earth results shall be obtained minimum 01 Ohm.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32X6 mm galvanized iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or fixed to poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying/fixing GI tubing, medium grade, 80mm bore for protection of cable under road crossing, across drain, along electric pole or floor /wall etc with clamps, bolts, nuts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & Earthwork and clamps, bolts & nuts shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including M.S.clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for 11 KV HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel Tubular Poles complete with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts , nuts & screws, type 410 SP-55(11 Metre long), also including painting to the external exposed surfaces with 2 coats of aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer and with 2 coats of black bituminous paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer to the external exposed surfaces of steel poles embedded in the ground / concrete after preparation of the surfaces, numbering to the poles, complete in all respect as specified and as directed, Make : Jindal steel/ National tubing/Bombay tube & store. Note:- Excavation & Earth Work, concrete for foundation and coping shall only be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 core (Make : Havells//Finolex/Polycab), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Excavatioin and earth work, sand cushioning, protection covers, protection pipes and jointing kits including jointing materials shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Unless otherwise directed by the GE, the cable shall be procured by the contractor in single length (as manufactured by the manufacturer). However for the payment purposes, the actual length of the cable as provided at site, shall only be considered for payment.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shnik type joint complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for 11KV XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Denson / M Seal / Cab seal.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit (Heat shrink type) for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed, Make: Denson / M Seal / Cab Seal.

S&F loop type insulator, vitreous, porcelain, white, brown or green, large size with over all dimensions 90mm x 90mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one iron nut, for 11000 Volts grade, complete all as specified and as directed, Make : BHEL / Jaipuria Brothers / Pactil / Southern Insulators.

Material & labour for stay assembly complete with & including stay rod, 20mm diameter, all accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of MES Schedule Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation & Earth Work, Concrete for pit, loop type insulator, Stay Clamps, Stay strand shall only be measured & paid for separately.

S & F Galvanized stay strand of size 7/3.15mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of 11 KV Outdoor type RMU, one-side extensible IP54 type with internal copper bus bars, consisting of 01 No fixed type Manual operated Load Break Switch as incomer and 02 Nos fixed type Manual operated Vacuum Circuit Breaker as outgoing (CVV). All live parts, bus bars of RMU shall be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple inter connections & sealed for life robotically for three sides and one side manual welded nonmagnetic / non ferrite / stainless steel tank (Grade 304) of minimum 3.15 mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas to full fill the requirement as per IEC 60376, 60376 & 603760 B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications ON/OFF, Manometer as per IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. RMU should be tested for an internal arc fault of 21kA for 1 sec for tank as per IEC62271-200 and paint shade thickness should be 70-80 microns, complete all as specified and as directed. The outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switch gear, to ensure IP55 protection for full door covering of complete switchgear, Make : ABB/ Siemens/ Schnieder/L&T. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fittings as required at site and incorporating the following accessories :

(f) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards. (g) Operation and instruction manual with drawings - 02 Sets. (h) All cable bushing shall be replaceable type. (j) Module shall be accommodated as per manufacture's design. (k) Necessary interlocking arrangement for safety and operations (l) Excavation & Earth work, PCC 1:2:4 for foundation & for any other purpose required for erection of VCB and other accessories all as per standard norms, all as directed by the GE. (m) Technical drawings shall be got approved by the contractor from the GE before procurement of RMU. (n) Provision of any other component, item, material, work etc required for entire completion of the job as per manufacturer’s instructions subject to approval of GE shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item. Note:- Vacuum Interrupter & LBS shall be of same make as of RMU. Cable box shall be arc proof with bolted door and interlocked with respective earthing switches. Doors shall be removable for the ease access to terminate cables.
