Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The intending bidder should have supplied Railway Track Materials of value not less than Rs.29.20 lakhs in a single PO in any one year during Five financial years (2021-2022, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-2026) to any industry / Thermal Power Station / Public Sector Undertaking/ Railways etc. As a proof bidder shall upload the original scanned PO copies.

Capabilities of Vendor

The intending bidder shall be a manufacturer/authorized dealer/supplier of Railway Track Materials / Any reputed individual / company registered with Railway Design & Standards Organisation (RDSO) approved.

Financial Status

The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.58.40 lakhs for any two years during the last five years. As a proof, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant
