Completion of incomplete Bhairav Temple at Malkangiri

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming including cost of all materials, conveyance, all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, T&P, sundries etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) in foundation using 40 mm size clean hard black broken granite metal free from skin & weather skin of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level, ramming, compacting to proper thickness, watering and curing etc. complete with cost conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials, cost of labour, T &P and machineries etc. completed in all respect as directed by the E.I.C

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with clean hard broken granite chips of 12mm to 20mm size of approved quality and from approved quarry, with centering and shuttering including hoisting , laying, lowering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick to the required level and finishing the exposed surface smooth , providing grooves and beads , watering and curing for three weeks including all labour supplying and working of pumps , T & P and hire and running charges of machineries required for the work etc. completed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with Flyash bricks of size 23 cm X 11 cm X 8 cm having crushing strength between 100 Kg/cm2 to 149 kg/cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints cleaning & finishing the plaster surface smooth including wash and screening the sand free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials by proper sieiving and grade, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete with all lead lift and delift complete in all respect to the specification and proper grade and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints cleaning & finishing the plaster surface smooth including wash and screening the sand free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials by proper sieiving and grade, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete with all lead lift and delift complete in all respect to the specification and proper grade and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

6mm (1/4") thick Cement Plaster in C.M (1:4) finished smooth to to R.C.C. surfaces including closed deep chipping & slury treatment, watering and curing, scaffolding screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyance, taxes and royalties of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing granite tiles in floors, treads on steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement: 1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing, cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing granite tile in dadoes, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) joint with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing, cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Glazed tile in dado, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) joint with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing, cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
