Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of wall mounted electrical panel board fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet duly stouted with suitable angle iron frame work and completely powder coated of approximate size 500 x 1200 mm and 400 mm deep having following accessories complete in all respects as per approved NIT 1. Incomer switch 200 Amp. 2. Aluminum bus bar chamber of 300 Amp Capacity. 3. Volt meter 100 x 100 mm range 0 to 500 V (AE/KAPPA/L&T) 4. Indicating lamp one set.

Supply, erection, testing of ISI marked copper wire for 4 No. Motors with under ground system in PVC & flexible pipes copper wire complete in all respects with accessories like thimble etc. Complete in respects. i) 6 sq mm 3 core

b) 10 sq mm 3 core

Supply, erection, testing of light fitting including wire in the pump chamber with material upto 10 points including switch, button, plug, PVC conduct pipe & copper wire etc. as per approved specifications complete in respects.

Supply, erection, testing of reputed make LED light 100 watts with fitting and accessories complete in respects.

Operation and Maintenance for the complete scope of work (disinfection material supplied by the PHED) as per schedule-IV for a period of 5 year after 12 months during defect liability period & 3 months trial run period (will be charged to the A/Mtc. Estimate) complete in all respect. (i) Operation and maintenance during the defect liability period ( Operation only) after 3 months trial run period

(ii) For 1st year operation and maintenance after defect liability period.

(iii) For 2nd year operation and maintenance.

(iv) For 3rd year operation and maintenance.

(v) For 4th year operation and maintenance .

(vi) For 5th year operation and maintenance .
