Amount

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m - All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance +_ 1mm ), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (+-0.2mm), corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S.tube of size 19 x 19 mm and 1mm (+-0.1mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer's specification - Extruded section profile size 42 x 50 mm.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60 x 30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+- 0.2 mm) with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side . The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 25x20 mm and 1mm (+- 0.1mm) wall thickness . The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100 x 30 mm and 2 mm (+-0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multichambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (+_ 0.1mm) wall thickness. They panels filled vertcally and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing and laying vitrified tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6mm thickness, including grouting of joints (payment for grouting of joints to be made separately) - size of tile 600x600mm.

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg) , including filling / grouting and finishing complete - size of tile 500x500 mm.

Providing and fixing false ceiling works using superior fire rated gypsum board of 12.5mm thick mounted on GI frame work with ceiling section of size 80x 26x0.55x3660 mm spacing at 600 mm c/c suspended from ceiling using hanger rods at 1200 mm c/c with screw to level and line and applying one coat of primer, two coats of putty followed by and reflective paint in front of the stage area to the required shape and size, incluidng scaffolding etc.complete - upto 6.5m height.

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand).

Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Supply and fixing of sliding windows at all levels made out from Unplasticised Poly vinyl chloride frame (UPVC) of natural colour (PRISTINE WHITE) with outer frame of size 40 x 56x40mm / 102 x 56x 40mm and for shutter frame of size 53 x 38 x37 mm for two track / three track sliding widows, with wall thickness of 1.8mm (+/-0.3mm). The section should be single glazing using (flush catch) single point locking. The gasket should be made of EPDM (Ethylene propylene dimonomer) and applying silicon sealents (GE make or wacker make) outside and acrylic sealent inside including single glazing of 5mm thick clear float glass. The sections should be reinforced with GI sheet of 1.5 mm thick with suitable drainage grouting

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design / shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complte.

Disposal of building rubbish and unserviceable dismantled materials upto 5 Km radius. The rate include incidental charge transportation by mechanical means loading and unloading etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
