Amount

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete.

M & L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregae as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete.

S & F rolled mild steel in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) confirming to Fe-290(Gde E 165) for cycle stand complete.

S & F Pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M & L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base.

Sand filling under floors for cushioning of including watering and consolidation.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses copings including necessary form work all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point
