REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220)

Removing of old existing unserviceable newar from charpoy,tightening of all loose components of charpoy and re-weaving of charpoy with new 50-55 mm wide 1st quality white/coloured newar (sample as approved by GE) weaved not less than 1.5 Kg per charpoy,closely inter-knitted from both sides and all joints must be stitched with nylon thread complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-iCharge.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable broken long rail and S&F new long rail of GI pipe medium grade 32mm size bore duly ISI marked including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-iCharge.

M&L dismantling of existing short rail and cutting of old long rail obtain from srl No 4.02 to be required size for short rail including re-threading at both end complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-iCharge.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable broken leg and cutting of old short rail obtain from srl No 4.03 to be required size of leg including re-threading at one end and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-iCharge.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable elbow GI three way and S&F new elbow GI three way suitable for GI pipe medium grade 32mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-iCharge.

S&F in replacement check nut 6mm thick suitable for 32mm bore to GI pipe charpoy of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-iCharge.

Removing of existing unserviceable old cane and recaning of chair easy with new plastic cane, white 2.00 mm wide ( for seat and back) half round of 0.4 mm thick cane of brand SHAH/Aryan/BR Super including M&L for french polishing and Normal repair of existing Chair Dining like grinding of outer surface, hamering of nail, fill of micro crack with favicol and wooden putty etc. complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

French polishing to be done including preparation of old surfaces all as specified and filling of cracks with putty. Wood based surface direct to vision with glossy shining when placed in position.Color of polish will be as per user requirement or as approved by Engr-in-Charge

CHAIR WRITING STEEL (MAP Drg)

Removing old unserviceable upholstery material of seat & back of chair writing like FRC sheet,Hussein cloth and tapestry cloth,plywood and S&F the same with pvc lipping all round in new as per specification shown in drawing or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair, denting and repainting of frame of chair writing steel of cantilever type conduit pipe with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray machine painting make Asian/Berger after cleaning surface for smooth painting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-iCharge.

Removing of old unserviceable existing arms and S&F new approved arms rest of black integral skin polyurethaneand reinforced with MS insert with nut complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Note :- Total amount of Sch of credit is Rs. 59670.00 as per Sch of credit. Net contract sum shall be total quoted amount of bidder (-) amount of Sch of credit.
