Extra Security Deposit: In compliance of G.O. No- 622/23-12-2012-2 Audit/03/TC-2 dt. 18.6.2012 and adopted B.O.D. Order No- 353/CS-Transco/Meeting (55)/2017 dt. 11.7.2017 if the rate quoted by the L-1 Bidder found less than 10% of then in the case L-1 Bidder will have to deposit additional security/performance guarantee within a week of tender acceptance. The rate of additional security /performance guarantee will be- A) Up to 10% below rate- @0.5% per 01 % lesser rate. B) In case of more than 10% below rate- @01% for every 01 %lesser rate.
