M & L for concealed conduit point wiring complete for light on independent /combine board with cable 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor, drawn in and including PVC Concealed conduit pipe medium grade 20 mm dia, pipe hooks , elbows, juction covers and junction boxes , after cutting in wall chasing for conduits and sinking's for sunken cast iron/ pressed steel terminal boxes 60mm deep ,suitable length and 1. 2 mm thickness for mounting, switches, sockets,fan regulator with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screwed and cup washers, duly grouting and painted with red oxide metal primer and making the good disturbed surfaces of wall in CM 1:3 with white wash or existing colour including provision of continuous earth continuity conductor along with point wiring of 1.5 sqmm copper PVC insulated cable for one light/ fan point controlled by one switch and connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and lay in replacement jointing and testing and commissioning in replacement of 10 Sqmm x2 core XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor & PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 V grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and lay in replacement jointing and testing and commissioning in replacement of 25 Sqmm x4 core XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor & PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 V grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement decorative wall light fixture made up of poly carbonate suitable for 10 watt LED lamp complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S & F in repairs MCB ‘B’ series type suitable for 240 volts, AC supply 5 to 32 Amps, S P & N with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Note : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline. (ii) Contractor will furnish the performance warranty certificate along with name of dealer from the manufacturer for a specified period as recmmended by the company for the equipments mentioned against respective items. (iii) All LED lights should be marked with GE SGNR and date of fixing.(iv) The contracotr will liable for penalty of Rs 500/day if he fail to interain the complaint given to him on next day (v) The Contractor should provide testing report of the manufacturer for wire/lights brought by the contractor. (vi) The Cost of the testing of sample for manufacturer wire/lights fwd to lab will be borne by the contractor.
