Providing BT Road to Ponmar Polacheri Colony Road R233 at Ponmar panchayat in Thiruporur Panchayat Union in Chengalpattu District for the Year 2025-26 having Package No .45/2025-26 Unauthorised Layout Regularization Development Charge Fund, Surplus Fund and Pooled Assigned revenue Funds 2025-26

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A(Earth work Box cutting)

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and laying Prime coat over WMM surface using 7.0 kgs. of emusion for 10 sqm.area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Bituminous macadam 50 mm consolidated thickness using bitumen 60/70 grade as per clause 504 of MoRTH specification

Providing and laying tack coat over WMM surface using 2.50 kgs. of emusion for 10 sqm.area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Bituminous Concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using bitumen 60/70 grade as per clause 504 of MoRTH specification

Filling with US Gravel Charges including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc.complete.
