Providing,supplying,fixing, installation and testing of

colour/shade. Panels shall have width of 600mm – 900mm

to ensure best performance for wind uplift, vibration, oil

canning and visual appearance. Polycarbonate Panel System

with minimum 5 cells and 6 walls structure shall be uniform

in colour with an integral Tight-Cell not to exceed 4.25mm x

4.25mm with cross section., with all fixing accessories to

ensure best performance for wind uplift, vibriation, oil

canning and visual appearance. Panels shall be

manufactured with vertical standing seam at both sides of

the panel. Panels shall be fixed on purlins with Continuous

aluminium I beam spacer/cleat/spacer system and PC U-

connector. Snap-on connectors to interlock the panels shall

have a single/double grip-lock tooth locking mechanism to

ensure maximum uplift capability . Whole system shall be

secured with end caps, breather tapes, Aluminium U profile

or F profiles having drain holes to let rain water flow out

without affecting the panel system, as per the site

requirements. The weight of the panel system shall not be

less than 3 kg per square. Panels must satisfy Dart drop

impact test as per IS 14443-97 shall show no sign of Sqm 1981.02 3882.00 7690305.00

breakage on Polycarbonate sheets which have been exposed

to UV for a min. of 500 Hours as per ASTM G 155 or

Equivalent test by any NABL Approved Labs.

Panels shall not have Yellowness Index as per ASTM E-313,

Delta (DE) change should not be more than 3 DE when

tested on a sample exposed to UV for 500 Hours as per

ASTM G 155 or Equivalent test by any NABL Approved Labs.

The Panel Manufacture should have 3rd party test certificate

of the following Panel Test to ensuring the quality of the

Test Methods or Equivalent

ASTM E-313 - Yellowness Index

ASTM G 155 and ASTM G 154 - For UV exposed test

IS 14443-97 - For Dart drop impact test

ASTM E - 1530 - Thermal Conductivity

The approved make product should have been installed in

India at projects of minimum 3000 sq.mtrs and at least 6 to

8 years back. PO copy should be shown before approval of

product. Approve brand should have their own

manufacturing plant, with the Manufacturing experience of

minimum 8 to 10 years.The work shall be carried out with all

safety measures and nothing extra is payble for scaff folding

tools etc on this account.

B Dismantling of Existing Sheet

Dismantling Work including disposal of old polycarbonate

MR sheet and old gutter/drain only from site completely as per LS 1 -95000.00 -95000.00

direction of engineer incharge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up

sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting,

hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of

approved steel primer all complete.
