Earthwork excavation for cable trench: Earthwork excavation in Hard soil for cable trench of 0.50 to 0.75 meters width, and depth up to 1.00 meters including trial pits, depositing the excavated stuff on bank up to a lead of 50 meters, supply and displaying necessary danger boards and lighting using sight rails and signboards at every 100 meters wherever necessary, barricading as directed.

Digging trench - Asphalt cutting: Digging a trench of 0.6meters deep X 0.5meters wide, refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidation etc., complete. – In Asphalt surface cutting.

Straight through Jointing Kit for 3core x 240sqmm HT Cable: Supply and making 11KV (E) Extruded ‘X’ linked for tubing and moulded, and cross linked components using heat shrink stress control tube having high permittivity XLPE terminations straight through Jointing Kit conforming to Guaranteed Technical Particulars, as in KPWD Schedule of Rates - Make: Raychem/ equivalent other makes conforming to Guaranteed Technical Particulars.

GI Pipe – 100 mm dia.: Supply and fixing class-A GI pipe of 100mm dia, wall thickness not less than 3.25mm (medium duty) on pole / wall / drain crossing/ road crossing with necessary clamping arrangements for UG cable of 1.1KV class.

Earthing: Supplying fixing and wiring earth electrode for grounding transformer using 40 mm dia., 2.9 mm thick, 2.5 mtr long GI pipe with GI funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of the earth electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a CC chamber of 400x400x400mm with a cast iron cover. The earth electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia and the electrode should be covered 150mm alround with alternate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the pipe to the bottom of the CC chamber. The connection from the electrode is to be established through GI strip using GI bolts and nuts.

GI strip for grounding: Supply and running 25 X 3mm GI strip for grounding connections using necessary fixing materials as required.

Copper strip for grounding: Supply and running 25 X 3mm Copper strip for grounding connections using necessary fixing materials as required.

Copper plate 600x600x3mm size for grounding: Supply and fixing copper plate of 600x600mm size, 3mm thick for grounding connections using necessary fixing materials as required.

HT Cable route slabs: Supply and fixing HT cable route/ Joint indicating slabs made out of concrete (with wordings HT CABLES) as per the specification of MESCOM.

Chain link fencing: Providing GI chain link fencing 50mm size of 8 gauge properly stretched between the poles and fixed with suitable bolt& buts, the free ends shall be welded to the poles and block pipe/ angle iron supports at the top and bottom as required including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift, as per the directions of the engineer in charge including two coats of approved quality paint over a priming coat.

MS Pipes of 38mm dia. for chain-link fence pole: Providing and fixing MS Block Pipe of 38mm diameter of heavy gauge (14 gauge) including removing bends, cutting the pipe, fixing the pipe pole and spot welding the chain-link fencing including necessary earthwork, concreting the pipe pole, cost of all materials, wastages, with all lead and lift, painted with two coats of anti-corrosive enamel paint over two base coats of red-oxide priming etc complete as per specification.

40mm x 40mm x 6mm size MS angle iron frame work: Supply and fixing angle iron frame work fabricated out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm size MS angle iron for mounting panel board with bolt and nuts, painted with two coats of anti-corrosive enamel paint over two base coats of red-oxide priming coat.

Dismantling, releasing of 250kVA transformer from RCC/ Masonry structure including releasing HT and LT terminations including cost of all labour, HOM etc complete.

Dismantling, releasing of 9 to 10 meters length RCC poles from pits including cross-arms, stain and pin insulators including cost of all labour, HOM etc complete.

Dismantling of 11kV HT outdoor VCB Panel (RMU/LBS) from foundation bed, including assembly of units, connecting busbars from panel to panel, cables including cost of all labour, HOM etc complete.
