Supply, Installation, lowering, testing and commissioning of Hydro Cyclon filter and automatic disc filter complete with filter media POLYPROPLENE or any other media as per IS code / OEM recommondation / Engineer practice with filter housing of polymide reinforced with fibre glass having max working pressure 3.5 Kg/ sqcm with auto backwash arrangement having back washing pressure of 3.5 Bar, operating temperature of 50 degree celcious and maximum working pressure of 10 Bar Flow rate 20-40 M3/hrs and filter size of 100 micron including hydro cyclone filter to obtain drinking water output parameter i.e. turbidity and total dissolved solids as per IS code limit of drinking water. The filter should be provided with minimum 5 years shell life warranty certificate. The complete filter should be provided alongwith inlet, outlet and washout sluice valve/ gate valves where ever required along the filter, nothing extra shall be paid on this account complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note 1: The scope of work also includes cost of PCC 1:2:4 foundation as per manufacturer's specification and providing, suitable MS bolts with nuts and including demolition of existing foundation and removal of rubbish from out side premises complete all as specified and as directed. (Note 2: Contractor shall provide necessary test report of quality of water as per IS Code limit for drinking water from Govt authorized laboratory after installation of filter. No extra cost will be paid by Govt against the item.

Supplying , laying , jointing, welding and testing MS Pipe (Heavy class 'C') IS : 1239, of 100mm sizes laid in trenches or in Horizontal/Vertical/inclined position or laying for connections for connected to out going water main DI/GI pipe line, incl MS flange & fabrication work complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Cost of excavation and earthwork will be included in quoted unit rate.)

M&L DI flange fittings of A/F Tee, D/F Bend and DI flange Socket Piece of size 100mm dia bore Equal incluidng required cutting existing pipe connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of UPVC pipe of size 63mm bore of pressure rating capacity 10 Kg per cum pressure heavy duty with all fittings such as ends elbow, uninon, tees, reducing tees, adoptors, sockets, plugs, hose clips etc fixed to walls with fixing arrngements as saddles ( snap clips) , wall clips, hooks, protective mild steel tube sleeves, ceiling or in floors etc complete with and including cutting through walls , floors and their making good or laying in trenches and also cutting, screwing and waste including jointing with jointing material complete all as specified and directed
