Carriage and installation of 5 MVA transformer in place of damaged 5 MVA T/F at 33/11 KV S/s Sukhrawali under EDD-III Aligarh.

Dismentling of 11 KV cable, 33 KV jumphers & neutral body, earthing from 5 MVA damaged T/F and then its removing from the plinth by dragging inside switchyard at 33/11 KV Sukhrawali S/S.

Safe dragging of 5 MVA damaged T/F from inside switchyard to outside switchyard at 33/11 KV Sukhrawali S/S.

Carriage of 14 Nos. empty drums for filling of T/F oil of 5 MVA T/F at 33/11 KV S/Ss including loading & unloading at both ends at 33/11 KV S/S Sukhrawali.

Draining out the complete oil from the radiator of 5 MVA T/F and its filling into the drums at 33/11 KV Sukhrawali S/S.

After placement of 5 MVA T/F on the plinth its erection by assembling of radiators, conservator tank, marshling box and filling of T/F oil upto the mark and connecting of 33 KV jumphers and 11 KV cable at 33/11 KV S/S, Sukhrawali.

Connecting of neutral/body earthing properly of the T/F body & neutral bushing rod of 5 MVA T/F.

Fabrication & erection of cable jumpher by 65x65x6 mm M.S. angle and 35x6 mm M.S. strip and fixing it at approximats place.

Carriage of T/F oil filled drums from site to Store Center, Aligarh including loading & unloading at both ends.
