RequiredThe bidder is required to upload the scanned copy of memorandum of understanding (Proforma-1 at Pg.80-81) duly signed by Approved OEM are Godrej, Durian, Enlivv, Steelcase on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 OR If the bidder has not obtained Memorandum of Understanding as prescribed Proforma- 1 at Pg. 80-81 then he shall scan and upload following undertaking alongwith bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall submit Memorandum of Understanding (Proforma-1 at Pg.80-81)
