Complete overhauling of the Engine of Excavator TATA-EX-200. The job consists of complete dismantling of the machine for extraction of Engine fro th e excavator alongwith accessories. Shifting the Engine from site to Workshop at Narwal Transport Nagar Jammu. Complete over hauling of the Engine by replacement of crank shaft & gear assembly,piston set,main & Bigen set,gas kit assembly,turbo repairing,Head repairing,O rings and replacement of all seals.Complete assemblying, lubricating , greasing & shifting the Engine bak to site at Samba mining site and fitting the same with machine & testing the machine on full load,job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & from the site,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Repair to the Hydraulic Jack of machine- TATA-EX-200 Excavator. The job shall include complete dismantling of the jack assembly.Cleaning & servicing of the Piston and cylinders after remaval of head cap and thorough bolt,cleaning,servicing &checking the control valves for proper functioning,fitting of new seals & testing the fiunction of excavator.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & from the site,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Repair to radiator of the machine.The job includes dismantling of the Radiator from the machine,shifting from site to workshop at Transport Nagar Narwal Jammu The job shall include complete dismantling of the Radiator,repairs, cleaning, soldering of the inner & outer parts,welding wherever required,servicing of fuel injector pump,replacing of elements,delivery valves, ignitors,nozzles, bearing, seal kit, shifting back to site & final assemblying & testing at site.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & fro,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Repair/replacement of Hydraulic pipes,Fuel pipes and jack pipes.The job shall include removal of all faulty fuel piupes and jack pipes,replacement of the same with new ones and fitment at site.Complete job includes cost of material,,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate @ 2% on old spares.
Repair to water body.The job shall include complete dismantling of the water body,checking the inner parts Repairs/Repalcement of the inner parts and fitment of the same at site .Complete job includes cost of material,,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Repair to Self Starter of the machine.The job shall include complete dismantling of the starter,replacing the damaged rotor assembly with fitment of new assembly, cutouts,carbon bushes etc.final assemblying & testing at site.Complete job includes cost of material,shifting charges to & fro,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Repair to idler chain of both sides of the Excavator TATA-EX-200 at site. The job shall include complete dismantling of the chain links by using gas cutter.repairing/replacement of broken chain links and welding of plates.The job also includes swing motor bolt cutting by using gas cutter and fitting of 80 nos new bolts.Complete assemblying and testing the machine on load..Complete job includes cost of material,,hifting charges to & from the site,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.labourer charges and GST as applicable
Repair/replacement of Fuel pipes and jack pipes.The job shall include removal of all faulty fuel piupes and jack pipes,replacement of the same with new ones and fitment at site.Complete job includes cost of material,,labourer charges and GST as applicable including reabate on old spares.
Repair to alternator of the machine.The job shall include complete dismantling of the alternator,replacing the damaged rotor assembly with fitment of new assembly,alternator starter alongwith cutouts,carbon bushes,starting switch etc.final assemblying & testing at site.Complete job includes cost of material,,labourer charges and GST as applicable
