Supply, Transportation, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Automatic Fire suppression & Automatic detection along with alarm system as per RDSO specification no. RDSO/SPN/218/2016 Version 1.0-d2 or latest for signalling installation (EI/IPS room) in center EI building & 5 EI goomties at Gondia station in connection with Rajnandgaon-Kalumna 3rd line work in Nagpur division of SEC Railway. Note: 1) Rate includes supply, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning, Design & Drawing, training of railway officials, spare materials as per RDSO norms, Guarantee/Warrantee period, post commissioning maintenance period (12 Months) etc. 2)Tenderer must submit separate Annexure sheet along with his offer duly indicating name of items, quantities, spare quantities, rates & inspection clause (RDSO, RITES etc.) against each supplied item of Automatic Fire suppression & Automatic detection along with alarm system. 3) Floor plan duly 1 indicated Size/Location of EI/IPS rooms (06 locations) at Gondia station is enclosed. 4) Offer shall be included with all taxes. 5) All materials required for installation, testing & commissioning of automatic fire suppression & detection along with alarm system shall be supplied by tenderer. No materials shall be given from Railway store against above work. 6) If, tenderer is not OEM then he should submit authorization from OEM to supply, supervision for installation and support for maintenance etc. after award of the tender. 7) Installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Fire suppression & Automatic detection along with alarm system shall be supervised by OEM/OEM authorized engineer. 8) Prior approval of Railway must be obtained for all design & drawings related to installation of Automatic Fire suppression & Automatic detection along with alarm system. 9) After commissioning of the work, contractor shall prepare all the completion drawings in 3 sets and put u p i t to approval of Railways within one week and subsequently after their approval submit the original prints on tracing papers. After approval on the original tracing all drawings in 3 sets of hard copy along with the original tracing complete in all respects and two sets of soft copies in suitable storage of Pendrive to be handed over to the railways.
