REPAIRS TO ROAD INCLUDING ROAD MARKING PAINT IN ZONE-II INSIDE DEPOT AREA AT CAD PULGAON

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and n exc 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 3 (50 mm to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite trap or basalt stone aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing Unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 Sqm for receiving Bituminous Macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with binder content (paving bitumen) of 4% by weight of total mix all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over black top surface at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10) including premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (minimum) by weight of total mix (bitumen VG-30) and 2% cement filler rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note for Sr item 5 & 6 : The work shall be executed by using hot mix plant & mechanical paver. The rate quoted shall be deemed included for cement filler.

Repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line roam marking of 150/100 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic modern propelles road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter filler thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying or glass beads etc. complete all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for road side berms to required gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for approved moorum/red bajari in road berms, spread in roads berms 100 mm spread thickness rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with light roller of capacity not less than 0.5 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.
