20.2.1 Boring , providing and installing bored cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring , with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate lenghth for setting out and removal of same and the lenghth of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete , including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom pile cap) - 300 mm dia piles

2.8.1 Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil.

2.27 Supplying and filling in plinth with river sand under floors, including water-ing, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

4.1.10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

5.9.1 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete.

5.9.6 Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Columns , Pillars , Piers , Abutments , Posts and Struts.

5.22.6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more.

6.1.2 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections framed work , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

13.1.2 12mm cement plaster of mix -1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

13.2.2 15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand)

13.47.1 Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade - New work (two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg /10sqm).

13.62.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.
