Provision for procurement of Lime grinding machine required for the conservation work of overall size 2.40 m x 1.40 m made by assembling a Main Grinding Diameter 1.40m x height 0.50m, fitted with 2 nos. Rotatable type Heavy duty fabricated steel wheel of size 0.50 m x 0.21 m provided inside the main drum for facilitating easy grinding of Lime with sand, the same rotable steel wheel made to rotate inside the main drum using heavy duty gear assembled and mounted on a MS frame, the complete assembly of drum/steel wheel and gear assembly mounted on 125x65 MS Channel Chasis, with stiffeners, providing 2 sets of 75x40 MS channel boxed type axle length of 1.20m in front and back of the chasis, providing 4 nos. Fabricated cross Wheels MS for movement, providing Toe Bar arrangements for easy mobility, fixing of Gear Box, Plimber Block, Bearings, Vertical Axle, round gear, etc., as per required design and the whole mechanism driven by oil engine(1500 RPM) with chain socket arrangements, covering the engine,chain/sproket, gears using 20SWG MS sheet for safety from dust, rain and other disturbances, painting the whole machine with a coat of good quality enamel paint over two coats of yellow primer etc complete
